Have news that we now have the right to develop Mokopane, did we really have news that the Vanchem deal has been agreed for 14 million less than the original asking price. Have we really arrange the financing of Vanchem that is happening on 7th November and did we really buy out YD long term settlement??? Answers on a post card please.

Alfacomp is there any reason why Vaneck cannot buy beyond their magical 17.5m shares? You have indicated that additional large buys have occurred over and above Vaneck which could indicate a second buyer, lets hope thats true, and other Fund Managers and large institutions see Bushveld as a compelling investment.

With gold, nickel, platinum etc does anybody believe we will actually mine for these metals or will Vanchem just be a vanadium mine. Does going for the vanadium lose the other metals or can they be extracted by the vanadium process and would it not be viable?

I expected many more sales and buys today, could this be the very very very bottom with upward trend of the sp next week. Lets hope so we have all been very very very patient!!!!!

In the next six months will include, Vanchem completion plus knowledge of debt model.
Electrolyte plant completion and negotiation of large rental agreements in Asia, Africa, Europe and America. Negotiating external finance providers for rental agreements, establishing VRFB manufacturing partners. Installation of Vametco mini grid battery project and orders from other mining and industrial centres. If these projects do not get the sp travelling north then i don’t kniw what will.

About 11 million buys and about 500000 sells and its gone red, yeah whatever!!?

I cannot see Fortune conspiring with the MM’s to hold the SP down to help the entry point for SA investors. How does that work???

In the coming days/weeks as shorters bail out as they all know that this sp cannot be held down with Vanchem on the horizon.

Just had a word with Mystic Meg, she has looked very hard into her crystal ball and found that the overhang that Alfa talks about is coming to an end. She notes that the good RNS today has confirmed to all the shorters and trolls that Bushveld are making loads of cash and will buy Vanchem at the end if the month. Her prediction is that there will be many blue days up to 31st October and beyond.

Are not hurting Bushveld, full year after tax profit for 2018 with very high vanadium price $49 million dollars.First 6 months in 2019 after tax profit $30 million dollars, lets say $60 million dollars for 2019. Current vanadium price not hurting our bottom line so where does the truth lie that our SP dropped because if the fall in vanadium prices? Now that Bushveld has shown remarkable resilience the SP should rise. But i am not holding my breath!!

Are the MM’s still selling shares for tame seller? Are the MM’s waiting for PEPM to get rid of their 0.71% short and if so why would the MM’s care about them? If Alfacomp and others are right the MM’s have been accumulating millions of shares at these low prices, would it not be in their interest to raise the share price. Is it great news that we need, or just the ending of the tame seller or the shorts or both. For me there are just too many scenarios to work this out. Help!!

The stockpile went along way to pay for Vametco but I think Vanchem will not be the same, but i am open ti being surprised.

Now that we have seen the figures and the cash available what do people on this bb expect the final payment to be? All cash, 50% cash 50% debt, 75% cash 25% debt etc, Fortune has many options and no problems in obtaining debt.

New appointment this week

Having read the requirements that companies have to comply with to be able to tender for this project and the boxes they have to tick is surely in Bushveld’s favour. So i read the mission statement and values of the IDC which are an organisation created by an Act of Parliament and have funded billions of rand into the South African economy and are partnering and mentoring Bushveld in the quest for renewable energy. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Bushveld will win some of the contracts from Eskom as the South African government will definitely support a South African company who has the support and partnership of the IDC which is funded by the SA government. If i wasn’t a BMN shareholder i would think this is an absolute stitch up, but this is politics. The SA government need control/ influence over the move from coal to renewables to appease the workers and create jobs. So they are gifted with a SA company that has shed loads of vanadium, a vrfb technology that can deliver best in class and a job creating industry on their doorstep. The future bodes well for Bushveld.

My list would contain the following if feasible, when Vanchem is purchased see if electrolyte can be made on site in double quick time. Partner Cellcube/UET and others to sell vrfb’s to the market, i sincerely hope that Fortune/Mikhail are not hanging on for Eskom to come good, that could take much longer. We have established our technology at Eskom’s research centre and the vrfb technology is now accepted world wide. Bushveld will still be line to obtain contracts from Eskom when they finally get their act together. We need BE to start producing revenue streams, investors are sitting on the side lines in my opinion as they believe we are tied to Eskom for development. We need to break out from Eskom and be seen as a stand alone independent electricity provider, not a subsidiary of Eskom.

Alfacomp i feel so sorry for those guys it happened to me at Mysquar when the CEO ran off with the money.

From MTTS, missing the troll syndrome, at least with the trolls LTH’s with great knowledge would counteract the outlandish comments of the trolls and give good banter. At the moment we are becalmed and just drifting, perhaps i need to book in for therapy.
