When Bushveld have a dual listing on the JSE, can our broker after the listing offer a share placement to SA institutions without giving the same opportunity to investors on AIM?

Thanks Nick26 i have no knowledge of this situation but if it is a free float on both exchanges there is no guarantee that all or most of the shares will go to SA investors so could defeat Fortunes intentions.

Can somebody please answer this question, if as BBN estimates that about 165 million shares will be offered to institutional SA investors and they keep them for several years, and do not release any into the SA market how can ordinary SA PI’s get their hands on any?

It is my opinion that it may not be Yellow Dragon selling at this time. If you look back at Bushveld history over the last 2 years YD have been very supportive of Fortune and his stratergy for growth. Fortune said about a year ago if any large shareholder wanted to sell their shares, let Fortune know and he could put sellers with buyers. Just don’t think YD after all this support for Fortune would create a disorderly market and sell their shares at a pittance when Fortune must have eager buyers.

I was thinking why has Fortune moved dividend policy to 1st quater 2019 and first priority is to list on the JSE. Is there a mega prospectus being compiled to inform SA investors of our position and future growth. Will RSN’s come thick and fast in January so as the contents can be included in the prospectus, earnings, Vametco growth, Brits drillings and brownfield sites and Bushveld Energy contracts and growth. I believe a lot of this information is already known or about to be delivered to the market, this prospectus will be transformational for the share price.

Alfa just got back from a family function and one of the participants is a lawyer, explained to him the actions of MM’s from your analysis and his thoughts were. Under Stock Exchange Rules member Firms are not allowed to act or engage in any conduct that is unfair or creat false or misleading impression. Fraud Act creats offence if a person occupies a postion to safeguard or not to act against financial interest of another person ( called Position of Power).
When i got home i researched Stock Exchange rules and rule 1400 clearly explains that MM’s must NOT give false or misleading impressions. I then researched section 4 Fraud Act 2006 and the requirements to commit an offence under this section are (1) occupies position which is expected to safeguard or not to act against financial position of another person. (2) dishonestly abuses that position. (3) makes a gain for himself or loss to another person. I am not a lawyer and i am not trying to give legal guidance, but as a layman trying to assess the alleged possible dishonest behaviour of MM’s. We call it market abuse but us in something more serious?

Alfa your post at 1258 stated that the MM’s were trying to crash the sp to 42p to clear there 14m short, they have just done that at close of play, how did you know that at 1258? Hope they dosen’t seem a stupid question, your grasp of MM tactics is outstanding

Alfa your recent report showed a 817322 trade and you reported 300k sells and a 333k sell, at about 12 noon today a 817322 buy has shown up and a 300k buys and another 333k trade are these the same trades?

The BBC are running a news item that 500 million people in Africa do not have access to electricity and in many countries the theft if electricity from illegal connection to electricity cables is endemic. I have the same concerns as knuttie an early buy out, how does Fortune and the BOD price in all our potential. Nick Derby has stated that Mokopane alone is worth 2 billion pounds and he was talking about 1/6 of the Mokopane area. Even at this early stage of the company’s growth the wealth of the assets of this company are enormus and the potential of BE is mind boggoling, so how do you put a price on Bushveld in the next 12 months?

Having dual listing on the JSE how much will that add to the share price?

Fortune has paid $48 million dollars for 74% of this amazing company and is turning it into a multi billion dollar revoluntionary industry, pure genius and foresight.
