Bits ...because the big boy paying the 500k wanted the extension until the end of August so I wouldn’t hold your breath ... they’ve paid that on their terms and their terms were until end of August .. They may need that time to put all their ducks in line .... I may be wrong but the RNS said end of August and if anyone can point to a an early RNS from 88e in the last couple of years then I will accept that I could be wrong .( I will accept I could be wrong anyway ) all’s I’m saying is don’t hold your breath

He mystery partner paid $500k for an extension until end of August... don’t expect anything this week and don’t forget Mon 26th is bank holiday in UK so I would rule that day out ... so it’s 4 days on from the 27th .... That will be squeaky bum time ... or has Boris puts it 31st August could be 88e do or die day

It would be nice if the BOD issued a positive RNS like the BOD of Kier and Burford did kier went from 60p to 88p and Burford from around 575 to 830 .. both have retraced but both are in a better place after the RNS

Try 30’s when we crash out ... but still most on here want no deal .. I just don’t get it the market is telling you now disaster is pending .. Lloyd’s is bellwether for UK and it’s crashing because the market is forecasting recession business closures loan defaulters etc etc ... But still bring in no deal because us little englanders will be fine ... Boris is looking after his pals who are funding him and are shorting British stocks to make billions when we crash out .. I just hope now we do and the motor industry collapses and farmers and fishermen go bust and we are brought to our knees .. because I will be alright and unfortunately that seems to be the way right now

Super ....if the Chinese bid it will have to be substantial as I don’t think Barrick will want to sell this ... they have got it at rock bottom prices and won’t want to relinquish that cheaply ... I should imagine Barrick having 64% of shares will dictate if there is a counterbid ....personally I can’t see a buyout happening as I think Barrick will resolve all GoT problems the day after the buyout is complete and they will make big bucks from it
