Doubt Woodside would object to much , its not one of their priorities, hence

BHP, they have announced go ahead on 3 or 4 projects that are much bigger

than G.S and other expansions

So feels like it's down the pecking order of their own priorities, however Woodside

also recently , around the time they said would take another look at Sun/HUB/Beaco

signed an MOU with the Japanese Government bank that supports the Oil and Gas

sector, so their thinking could now have changed........

The MOU , is for Woodside to secure production for Japanese fuel security, the offer includes

massive funds and a statement that Japanese Companies will be available to assist on any

projects, so that brings in the prospect of JV's with INPEX and others.......massive stuff...

China could step in and build Beaco right now, the problem would be they

could not use G.S. , the finally settled 2018 Maritime boundary settlement

has lots of can/can't do's, Sunrise being part of the agreement. So would

have to come to some sort of legal rehash , probably compensation to OZ

Likewise OZ as part of the agreement, said they would not issue a new license

on their side of the boundary, so nobody could drain Sunrise from their side

as approx 30-35% of the reservoir sits on the OZ side.

So it would open some new cans of worms as far as G.S. goes, everything else

inside the TL Maritime boundary is designated as 100% TL

Time for Australia's Albanese to put up or shove off, previous TL pm Rauk widely

regarded as their best Politician by a street, his party lost majority and the rest

voted for him to remain as PM (that different) , he had multiple meetings with

Albanese's predecessor, which resulted in the then OZ pm , initiating an OZ/TL

Gas/LNG co-operation fund (all funds oz , tl free ride)

Albanese almost immediately after being elected , gave the fund a big increase

this is what is paying for all the step up in meetings this past year, he also said

it's time they delivered on some old promises.........

The Council of Ministers decided to grant authorization for the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Planning and Strategic Investment of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China

For those not aware, the name project tasi mane was removed (although they still keep calling it

in speeches/media 😂) the new ministry Ministry of Planning and Strategic Investment, was formed

under which, Beaco etc would now be known as the Southern Project and Metinaro the Northern

project.........

Now have an MOU between that formed last year office and the Chinese National Development

and Reform Commission.......... 😲🤑

The China BRI have been on the Island for many years ,building roads , highways, ports the

Government building's etc, etc, are they now coming in as partners, or just advisors ? to

the TL Ministry of Planning and Strategic Investment ........ GLA 🤔

And every company out there that survives on ZERO revenues and placings to

keep the lights on, without good news flow , will always death spiral
