The High Court ruling in 2010 , stated until the case was resolved, AFCR (vast as was)
were banned from mining.

The full verdict, was licenses and illegally mined diamonds to be returned to valid owner
AFCR but until the Ministry appeal concluded , AFCR banned from mining.

This weeks HC non challenged motion, to return the diamonds to Vast, we presume is now
case closed and Vast ban lifted as per the 2010 ruling.
