Finally caught up with what posters on here have been posting for
3 years, wonder if they read this board, lol

Has to be and did you see Acker's post last night, curious timing, the Vast and
Botswana Diamonds 2019 plan to develop Marange, in the press.

Also the 2010 High Court decision, banned Vast (afcr) from mining , until the case
resolved and the diamonds issue resolved. Has to be the next step after this weeks
court case which was not challenged by the Ministry.

Should now be the HC 2010 ruling stands, Licenses belong to vast (afcr) as do the
illegally mined diamonds (now returned) so likewise our mining ban should also
be lifted.

ZCDC , Botswana diamonds , all previous plans, should now be back in play.

As said last night, we know they said talks were to resume and they are
not usually shy of hitting the mainline press after the meetings, even if
its with a one sided Timor view to the proceedings.

As also said , plenty of press hounds in power and the man who invented
and back in charge of the project Gusmao, well known for self glorification
keep an eye on Tetum press, often stories with him in, not on the English
and Portuguese pages.
