and AFCR banned from mining until case resolved and Diamonds allocated.

I would see our unchallenged case and return of Diamonds as closure of the case

think you have misread my post and need to read again.

Presume it was all part and parcel of last weeks HC judgement, the HC said in 2010
we owned the licenses and Diamonds but could not mine until the Challenge by
the Ministry resolved, the Ministry did not contest our case, so I guess, the 2010
judgement now stands - Case closed ?

the solomon islands ones were in the 200/400 plus range but later it was all found
to be a bum steer, Solg moved on to the big hit it now has in South America and
the Solomon's as I remember sold off for one of those $1 and assumption of debts
deal, lol

Not seen chip samples, react really well since on any share but as said they do not
usually have widths associated with them, they are just shiny pieces of rock found
on the surface and picked up , or a chunk chiselled from a mine wall.

So as said , think market has missed that difference, with reported widths.

Last weeks UNCHALLENGED court motion, resolved the case, Diamonds return
and presume ban lifted and Vast can now return to mining with ZCDC jv.

Would consider that a very material change, don't ya think !

As the Diamonds have been previously valued at $18m (add years of inflation) and
AP has just done an interview, stating the Diamonds are worth more than the current
market value of Vast £16m, once in his sticky little mitts, cleaned and sold ASAP

Ignore the labels, the real markets does not use them, just guesswork

if the individual site even sitting at the correct mid, above buy, below sell
on mid, prices moved on , delayed = chokes UNKNOWN.

All labelled by now status, 100% best guess, every trade, every share,

declined, chose tradition over tech, also consider all TRADES published

Marange massive , lots of miners there , Russian , Chinese back , lots of others
looking to come back or enter. Vast should now lead the way as a Zimbabwe
ZCDC flagship, to encourage others to follow.

The Russian and Chinese state miners, got back into Zimbabwe when we thought
we would be but have both had falling outs with Ministry and ZCDC, ZCDC now all
set up to take clean up and even cut and send all diamonds to world markets.

The state owned , still send what is found back home.

ZCDC was spun out of the Government Mining division and automatically holds all
the land rights for diamond mining across Zimbabwe, hence we need to get that
JV partnership with ZCDC and the community over the line ASAP.

Shades of a few years ago, Governments and JV, in talks, the original split of
50/50 for Sunrise, amended, Australia agreed to not siphon the Oil off from
their side of the Maritime Boundary, no new Australian license to be issued.

Further it was agreed the 50/50 would become, 70/30 in favour of Timor if
it came to Darwin and 80/20 in favour if to Beaco.

The leader of the Timor Delegation, on the steps outside the building, said
it has been agreed, we will be getting 80% and it will be coming to Timor
very soon.

We shall find out in 4-6 months, if the JV parties then agree, meanwhile Chuditch
CPR and a hopefully outright sale, will have arrived and long been done. GLA

Should be less all been done before , Timor studies around 6 months first time
around, less 2nd time, Woodside will not take any longer, probably, much quicker
like Seismic, done in a day, ours dragged kicking and screaming for 3 years. lol

As earlier CDF, let them get on with it, we should be sorted long before the Sunrise
and Beaco if/if never dust settles.

Who knows, what we do know , is China , Japan , Korea , Indonesia, Australia
Kuwait and an as yet unnamed middle east Country , have show interest in
the area and potential deals and infrastructure, so it's just a matter of when
