A guy on twitter a few years ago, showed how guesswork the whole thing is, he had
a level 3 or 4 access, had about 20+ screens in his set up and sent out a series of posts
with screenshots.

The share in question had bid 8.5 mid 9.5 ask 10.5

The loaded mm's on the bid side from 7.5 - 10.5 the ask 8.5 - 16p

as he had it all in front of him , he could match who conducted each trade and figured
over 80% of the trades that day had the wrong labels, with bid trades running from
8 - 10.5p , ask 8.5-12p and no takers for the 7.5 , 14 and 16p chancers.

Was a real eye opener, as with all things market, nothing is ever as it seems. GLA

It's a crap system but all they have, not every trade above the mid is a buy at anytime
likewise sells below.

Have often when a share in vogue, sold at/near and even above the listed ask, when
they go fishing to fill bigger clients wishes and yes bought on/near bid many times
also. Fact is any price across the spread could be and often is either.

The markets long ago offered the easy modern tech fix, to show the button
we actually pressed and print from source, they chose TRADITION over tech
and as said, view all TRADES as both buy/sell

That in itself, say they are quite happy for others to disrupt and confuse , with
the **** labelling done by the likes of this site GUESSING.

Nothing to do with them, the market labels nothing, just follow on 3rd
party sites like this one, all the confusion and **** volume stats and
ratios down to them, the MM's just do their thing, taking a cut of each
and every trade.

any buy sells stats you see worth less than used TP , most days.

What 88e trades look like on the market , no labels as they consider all trades both a
buy and a sell, sites like this massage with guesswork trying to be helpful with trends
and volume ratio's and fail miserably on most shares daily. GLA

They do not show buys as sells or sells as buys, its zero and nothing to do
with the market or the mm's

Just guesswork sites like this one , who artificially add GUESSWORK data
to the market trades, the market labels nothing, you see red/blue or buy/sell
labels , all 100% a Best Guess

Based on what the 3rd party site like this one's GUESSWORK algorithm sees as
its not always in the right spot , mid and range, it guesses , every trade, every
share , every day

All below SELL

All on ITS mid price , delayed or sees now out of its now status range UNKNOWN

no hocus pocus or mm tricks, just a **** labelling system used by sites like this one
making all the stats , as much use as a chocolate fireguard. GLA

Zero and now't to do with the mm's , labels are only artificially BEST GUESS
added by sites like this one, every share, every day, buys labelled sells and
sells labelled buys by a very very poor GUESSWORK algorithm.

You see buy/sell or red/blue labels its A GUESS, no more no less

The worlds markets do not label anything considering all TRADES both a buy and
a sell , e.g. you the buyer via your broker , from a market floor trader MM the seller

Anything including the extremes could and often is either.
