Active Members.

SEAPEX holds regular meetings in Singapore on the second Friday of every second month, which
consist of a social gathering and a 45-60 minute presentation on topics related to the “upstream”
sector of the oil and gas industry.

SEAPEX meetings are open to both members and non-members.

On the same day, the Singapore Scout Check Meeting is held, which attracts representatives
from over 102 oil and gas member companies from the greater Asia-Pacific region.

SEAPEX has also successfully held several technical/farmout forums.

Informal meetings are held periodically by SEAPEX members in Bangkok, Jakarta, Houston,
London, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Perth, Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh, Auckland and Calgary.

Australian offshore ventures, all only had little percent holdings, in fields to the
West of us North/Western OZ

Japanese Government had paid a lot of them to go out and secure energy supplies
so as said at the time, strange move to be selling out and must have other bigger
irons in the fire, somewhere.

Would not rule out further big deals surfacing , for principally Tokyo and Osaka but

will be used but they have the contacts and various JV/mou with both.

Probably not, as Alrosa identified 22 new diamond fields in Zimbabwe and President
Mnangagwa and the Ministry, made a statement, they can have 2 of them only, the
rest all available for other Foreign Investors.

Might be lucky and AP, has a finger in that new 20 licenses to be awarded as well as

Did see one News article on results of a ZCDC lot in Amsterdam, so might not even see
advertised in Zimbabwe and just sold as a lot at one of the International venues, that
hold regular auctions. GLA

as probably still displayed on the ANPM , exploration wells page of it' s website
Shell had leads all down the Southern edge of the license and an initial 5 tcf
with upside.
