I'd say PHE, proof of concept is now being built. If proven (looks very good), this should build nicely over the next few years.

The record date is just that, the date when the owners shares are counted and subsequently the allocations calculated and allotted.
The company (broker) will contact your/my broker on or by Friday to make the offer.
these will be placed onto the brokers system, sometime from Friday onwards. So it could be Monday before you or I see it in our accounts as an offer.
Sounds laborious but they are dealing with thousands of accounts and hundreds of brokers, rather than the few that were in the institutional offer, now closed.
These things usually go OK, so good luck to everyone, hoping that we all get the allocation that we ask for.

The current machines are in "research" facilities (university hospitals etc.,) so as Diversified says not subject to the full approval, rather being part of the approval process.
The gain will be that they can make profits on the xenon gas supplies and consumables when (if) full approval is granted, and that is when this company will make real money. The charging situation will be different.

The ADS has the same ticker, last we trader at a similar price, except that now there are 2 shares in the wrapper rather than 5 as was.

The US certainty seems to be rocking.

These are the new ADS which are now worth 2 shares.
I thought they were to resume trading on the 4th., But I think that yesterday it was mentioned that they trade today.
Certainly is confusing, perhaps US traders are confused also, which might help explain the huge rise.

By my calculations and the pre-market price showing on SA, at $6.29, this would translate to a UK share price of £ 1.39 (mid).
However as this is the first day of the new ADS I suspect that this is more of a guess than reality.
Hopefully it will be real, but I'm not opening the champers on it.
We'll see this afternoon.
It's a fun ride anyway.

The new ADS in place today, changing the ratio of shares from 5 down to 2.
2.5 to 1 new for old.
Hence large percentage change.

As far as I can tell, each AIM share would receive one stem share, each US share would receive 5 normal stem shares, which may be treated differently as per the current system. I. E. 1 US stem share is worth 5 AIM shares.
Just my read, but the only logic applicable.

Yes Toonman, correct, there is no affect on your isa annual allocation. These are just emplaced directly into the isa. No tax implications either.

The 10-12 would be the total, some would fall into next year, (as he said in previous video).

Hi Weathergeek, yes quite an interesting study, but all it really shows is that in Covid hospital wards there is Covid tracked everywhere, often by soles of the shoes, and door knobs. Both easily defeated and cheaply too.
I agree that SYM should make the very best of this situation by developing relevant consumables and other items.
Have SYM actually developed plastic that will kill the virus on contact yet, is there any proof? That would be very positive.
