Extrader, That's a fair question. It was mentioned in the investor meet session that they have more longer term data, although they didn't present it nor mention duration as far as I can recollect.
Their Target is for short term(ish), treatments, a week or two. And didn't seem concerned with that issue. Perhaps others will re-purpose, who knows? Poolbeg are out and about doing it now, that's a difference, and good luck to them. It does sound promising, interesting and potentially a great boon to us all.

An interesting speech by Starmer today, talking about "partnership with the private sector" and "Working together, sleeves rolled-up."
All very interesting considering that they're likely to be the next government, and many have concerns regarding the future and the continued role of private sector companies just like Totally within the NHS in the long term.
Totally continually reiterate that they work in "partnership" with the NHS which now seems to gell with the probable next government too, all good news for us I would think.
I'm not promoting Labour here, just commenting on their direction of movement.

Yes Greenmachine it's probably for domestic consumption, after all most miners would offer favorable long-term prices on contract to customers. This maybe a larger than usual discount for a longer-term lock-in, but I can't see that it's a worry for most miners.
EMH has assumed a price of 17k rather than the current multiple, and still achieve 36% IRR.
If CATL are offering at (say) 26-29k (rumour), this is still significantly better than the PFS .
We'll just have to await the DFS to be more sure of project viability and return, but going by the recent market I'm thinking that the IRR would be significantly better than that.

Debt reduced, revenue and profit improving, dividend sound. What's not to like.
Management seem to have got a hold on the situation and are looking forward with some confidence.
Any offer below 50p wouldn't be welcome or reasonable surely.

It may be a little optimistic.
Currently prices are around 3.2 and CAD 4.5 to US is 3.34.
The Freeport LNG plant is due to reopen soon(ish), which may reduce the gas going into storage and stabilise the price.
It does sound a little high, but they should have a good idea what they expect from the market. Plus they may have hedged somewhat.
They don't typically over-egg the forward looking aspect, but who knows.
Hopefully they'll be correct on the overall cash flow.

I haven't really researched AAA much, but what I saw wasn't particularly inspiring.
They do need something substantial, and Boom was it.
If they come back when they can be valued then that is a different kettle of fish.

I've not got much of a holding, so will stay put for a while.
If AAA relist somewhere useful, and at a reasonable price, then just maybe I'd vote accordingly, otherwise I'd strongly recommend carrying on with the current course which is working well and wait for the next trading update.
I have no reason to trust AAA, especially as current management are doing a great job.

Yes I agree Bumble, though it would be great to see Wendy buy in a little more. She's on a great salary and bonus, so it would be great to see her be a little more positive. Perhaps convert some of those options.
It's generally good to see the directors buying in the market, helps to underline the current price.

Thordon really why bother replying to these idiots? They have no skin in the game, they are not involved with this company in any positive manner. In short they are only here to try and wind you up.
Ignore them and they'll get bored and crawl back into their holes.
I've filtered them, and life is much quieter.

However Boom has done well too. Is in profit, and looking for some good results out soon. If those results are poor, then possibly you might get a sniff...
Aaa is loss making, this year and last. None of the companies that you mentioned are in profit as far as I am aware.
Aaa is diluting daily at present, with more to come.
We cannot hold the offered shares in our ISAs, making them useless to us, especially as they're not tradeable nor likely to be for some time.
We appreciate that your board see an opportunity to get something for nothing, but really, no thanks.

12.5 X .54 = 6.75 + 2.00 = 8.75. Valuing the company at around 140m
Their estimated SP .80
12.5 x .80 = 10.00 + 2.00 = 12.00 valuing the company at around 192m

So the best that we could expect is slightly above our current SP.
Why would anyone take this derisory offer?

Given that they'll be raising yet more money to pay for this, and printing yet more shares, this is crazy.

AAA are an interesting company, the SP has moved rapidly over the past year.
But they are still loss making, with no signs of break-even occurring soon. Indeed I suspect that they'll be more loss-making for the next few years.
Their "current" SP is their own projection without the market giving any kind of judgement, as far as I am aware their shares are currently not tradeable.
Consequently no-one is sure what their current value or m/c is.
Interesting truly, but remember that old saw about Living in interesting times.

I too am not in favour of this offer.
The company are making good progress without interference from this agressive acquisitive company. Stay the course.
Also holding shares in nonquoted companies is not good, and gives problems to anyone holding inside an ISA. Can't be done, have to be sold or transferred out.

You imply all sorts of things that I never said.
At the time of the Greenbrook Healthcare placement shareholders were given the opportunity to partake at 1 for 6 ratio. Plus the SP was around 10p anyway, so nobody stopped you from buying whatever you wanted to recoup your losses.
I think that you are an argument looking for a place to happen.

I have stated on previous occasions that I've only been here for a year or so, so what!
History whilst it may infuriate you is of limited interest to the here and now.
My point about raises for acquisitions holds good for me, if I'd been here at that time it would have been very annoying, but I wasn't.
I do like to see companies part funding acquisitions from free cash, unless the deal is phenomenal.
Anyway good luck to you, hope you are back in the black soon, otherwise just sell up and move on, life is short.
