There is often an extreme reaction to "green" or "renewables" as evidenced by some of the comments below, scammers and environment not changing etc.
If you don't like the term I used, I apologize, but the sentiment is real.
I always read your posts and value them immensely, you are a very interesting read. Thank you for your inputs.
Right, wrong, doesn't really matter to me, the affects of all this will be felt over the next few centuries, and I'm not going to see that.
I just hate standing by watching my habitat and environment being degraded to a boring monoculture.
Especially as it's so good for us as human beings, and coincidentally for business, to get proactive and start to change the ways we do things.

A fair article I thought. Carbon reduction is a necessary issue, as climate change is happening. This anti green hysteria is bizarre.
If power costs can be reduced by using "renewables" why wouldn't you?
NG use is going to continue for many years to come as far as I can see. Does anyone really believe that gas boilers are going to be replaced in the short or even medium term!
Technology is being developed to mitigate, reduce, replace many current high carbon technologies, and will probably do so with additional benefits, after all so many industries are legacy and inefficient.
Human population is still increasing, incomes and expectations rising, we have to do so much merely to keep still, after all as the red Queen said “A slow sort of country! Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!”
I'm here for the long term, Predator are in a great place to make a difference, but we have to accept that things will change and, hopefully, improve. But then I'm an optimist.

I thought that the allocation was to be 1 off Pbeg to every 2.98 Orph (rounded up).

Fyi from those same figures, the chances of ALL holes being good are 1.2%
I don't know where you got the figures from though.
Strikes me that if you prove one hole, the chances of any of the others improves considerably. But then I really don't know what I'm talking about.

No Dane, you'll not get entitlement to PB shares if you buy Orph shares now.
However PB will be IPO'ing shortly and you can get onboard then or in the market thereafter.
If you buy Orph shares now, you will be entitled to all of the other spin-offs as they occur, provided you retain those Orph shares.
I'm not sure what you mean by dilution, as I'm pretty sure that there is no intent to float any new Orph shares, (unless for a specific theoretical opportunity).

I'm not sure that p/e is particularly helpful in this case, though you have based it on the projections provided.
It's useful to keep an eye on, but this company has really only been around for a few months, and is finding its feet, plus taking opportunistic advantage of the current situation, and launching and funding various spin outs.
Free cash is useful, though we won't know that until the interims. It's difficult to find useful metrics until then.

Jaxon, I'm not sure that your tax figures are correct. There should be carried forward losses to negate most taxes for several years wouldn't you think?

We need a good quarter of sales to really get this one going. The technology looks good, but I suppose that there is a lot of new scanning technology coming on stream now. Difficult to shine through.

After these results!
The company is doing well.
On all metrics these are good results.
It's a shame about the UK application, especially with no explanation.
For the business that they are in, I suspect that they are well undervalued.
(Figures are mine and not necessarily accurate).
Profit/mcap 3.9%, MasterCard 1.8%
EPS 1.52, m/c 4.6
It's a small margin business.
My point being that they are doing ok, and if they continue at a similar progress rate, the next year will be very good.
