People might be interested in seeing the two RNS's released by IOG today concerning a possible offer for that company with respect to whether the share needs to be suspended etc as the question is often asked on this board.

From 26th Sept 2018 RNS :

"Following the Option Exercise, Mr Parsons is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,602,905 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.247% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, as enlarged by the issue of the New Ordinary Shares. In addition, Mr Parsons remains interested in options to subscribe for up to a further 3,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company, subject to vesting criteria being met".

Mr.Parsons wants to get down to 3.1 million.

Two sales of 625,000 shares which account for 1.25 million shares in the trading plan, just done.

The daily share price is now coalescing with the 2 week, 5 week and 10 week moving averages. At the same time the Bollinger Bands are as narrow as they have been for several years. This usually presages a sharp move in one direction or another. The market is screaming out for news. Shareholders are screaming out for news. Something has to break. You pays your money, you makes your choice. Exciting times.

I once thought investment on the stockmarket was to make.money. On July 2nd 2018, Sound raised $15 million by placing 30,829,308 shares with an anonymous investor at 37p. Today, at 23.5p, that represents a paper loss of £4,161,957 or just over a third of the initial placing. The anomalous investor has not bought enough shares since to take the holding over 3% (an outlay of £194,000 would be required). The money was to ensure 3 wells would be drilled by Sound Energy and that was the only consideration. Oh, and anonymity of course.

I think it is incredible to suggest anything will be decided in a pub where people are drinking alcohol. The management of Sound Energy must be held in low esteem by people if they think they would behave in such a manner. It is a simple pint and chat.

Little change in the share price with low volume. The short term moving averages along with the share price are converging to wrap themselves around the rising 10 week moving average which is providing good support. Everything is coiled to respond to good news. Exciting times.

Don't want to go out on a limb here but I suspect n means number.

Funding has come up many times. This was a reply from Mr.Parsons to an email I sent about funding.

(I posted on 28th April 2018 from Mr. Parsons):

" Regarding the funding it seems JJ and I said roughly the same thing (thankfully!) which is we have sufficient cash to broadly cover the three wells. I have also been quite clear that we may chose to top up the cash in a small way at some stage but the dilution would be tiny and from my perspective irrelevant. This is just for contingency and negotiating from a position of strength in 2019.

The cost of the wells depend on the final design and we will be able to advise when we commence what the budget is ? for sure we can do them for 8M but we are actually exploring a few tweaks to the design which cost more but would provide more upside and better flow rates. Its always a balance of cost versus well objectives".

The last fund raise was 2he July 2018.

Has the date for this pint been set for the Ides of March? It'll give everyone a second chance to stick the knife in, just like in December. " Et tu loyal shareholder ".
