Perhaps he is saying the share price does not reflect the companies true value especially with the Te10 result on the horizon.

The share price has continued to fall this week just below the short term moving averages. Watch the 10 week moving average. It represents the long term descending trendline. The breakpoint is at present 22.5p. Not a great step up.

The share price has remained within the lower Bollinger Band and indicates a tapering off of sentiment for a fall. Waiting for good news. Exciting times.

I think the shares from the cash raise in July 2018 were included in the Sept 2018 update. The change today is recent.

Mr JezTheFez, appears to me you are sitting on both ends of the seesaw - saying the company is a failure at the same time as accepting investing success of it succeeds. Why some people criticise you for not having a balanced view I don't know.
