Yep, fingers crossed a big step closer to a JV.

Interesting news out of Playtech this morning with shares up 57%.

I expect there’ll be plenty of other mergers and acquisitions within the sector over the next few years.

Playtech PLC said late Sunday that it has agreed to a 2.1 billion-pound ($2.89 billion) takeover from Australian-listed gaming content and technology company Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. through its subsidiary Aristocrat (UK) Holdings Ltd.

Under the offer, accepting shareholders of the FTSE 250-listed gambling-technology company will get 680 pence in cash for each share owned. The offer price is a 58% premium to Playtech's closing price of 429.20 pence on Friday.

In other words: exponential growth.

I calculated them previously.

So yes the uptake appears to be accelerating.

Not uneasy at all. It’s well known that there will be approx. 3.3B shares in issue once fully diluted and another £4M+ in the bank.

Depending on the next few RNS, once the market starts seeing exponential growth and the incredible potential on offer due to the scalability of their offering, I think a £100 MCap could be reached much quicker than anyone envisaged, even me! The 2/9/21 RNS changed things considerably in my view.

If the market sees exponential growth like that, I think we will reach £20M MCap in very short order then onwards and upwards from there.

These types of stocks can move very quickly on potential alone especially once it starts turning into reality…and we already have revenue, which is growing on a monthly basis, rolling in.

I’m personally hoping for £150M MCap within 12-18 months, but as I say once the market starts to see the vast potential on offer, the SP could rapidly multi-bag and reach that value within months.

Low MCap stocks with this much potential don’t come round very often. It’s a top 3 holding for me for that very reason.

My expectations aren’t quite as high as 10000, even adding a further 2000 during the month would be great…but let’s see.

Re Mexico,

On the 2nd Sept, Mark Epstein stated that subscription numbers are closer to 4000 than 3500.

On the 14th Sept, Mark Epstein stated he can’t wait to share September figures with the market.

The clues are there…

Don’t forget the revenue share with Quanta on top of subscription payments.

“Revenue is generated for MOS through a mixture of revenue share with Quanta and subscription payments via the current MOS billing contract with Mexican phone network Telcel.”

So 3500 equates to $182K from subscriptions with the remaining $318K coming from revenue share. That’s my interpretation.

Based on this number of subscribers (ie 3500), we estimate that this service in Mexico alone should generate AT LEAST $1.5 million over 3 years in additional revenue for the Company.

I’m personally expecting the three new detergent brands launching this year to be big brands. Those previously mentioned in an RNS have turned out to be big brands (Palmolive, Clorox etc). Hopefully at least one brand will be Unilever-owned.

Please let me know should you find new products.

What to look for:

- The most common is sodium Polyitaconate in home and personal care products.

- They also show up as itaconate co-polymer, primarily in detergents.

- Their odour control ingredient will show up as zinc Polyitaconate or similar with sodium included somewhere.
