I guess Odey would have been shown that presentation (or a similar one) when they bought 16% a few months back. They would have been looking for a return from 3p. As mentioned before Odey actually had a good track record until recent sexual harassment allegations.

Personally think we’re getting a bargain down here with cash above MCap, as always time will tell but have to say I was impressed with the presso and the vast potential on offer. Mirriad have first moved advantage in this space.

I have trimmed just a few DOCS to add more under 1.3p. Just a case of being patient now and keeping an eye out for RNS.

The potential is off the scale due to the programmatic offering. Very good risk/reward at this level imo.

They sound confident they’ll have more than one tier partner by the end of the year.

Anticipate quite a few RNS over next few months.

Results were expected as far as I’m concerned. Anticipation and sp will hopefully now build as we go into the last 4 months of the year with the expectation of contracting for a programmatic service with AT LEAST ONE of these US tier 1 customers by the end of 2023

It has taken Miriad years to get to this point (on the verge of signing up big contracts) and we could be entering at just the right time with Odey giving us the opportunity to get in at a 55% discount to the 3p placing price where they took 16%. Odey had a very good track record until recently so they must have seen something to commit to buying such a large stake just a few months back.

Yep 4.8M trade at 9.07am on the 10th now showing at 1.25p which was the price to buy at the time. There was also a 1M and a 1.5M trade at 1.25p that morning too. 6.3M in total, and possibly an institution scooping up some of Odey’s remaining shares, with the rest going to retail investors.

Looking forward to next week here now it appears that Odey are fully out.

It is progression on the programmatic front that would potentially make this share take off from this low market cap, hopefully more details on this are shared during the presentation on the 24th Aug.

Yes I’ve avoided in the past but I think R/R from this level is very good.

#MIRI - Not for the faint hearted and def only a trade (to 2.7p) for me at the moment. Current sp 1.275p. Cash end June £9.8M, prob £9M now. Current MCap: £6M!! Raised £6.3M in June placing at 3p. So no EV value currently. 1/2

#MIRI - Some large trades went through on Weds 9th which are potentially Odey’s remaining shares (they held 13285642 on 31st July according to TR1) and yesterday’s volume of 8M+ which were mainly buys will hopefully have cleared them from the mm’s. We’ll soon find out. 2/2

MIRI had £9.8M cash at the end of June as per 18/7/23 trading update RNS.

Current MCap £7.4M.

Shield Therapeutics PLC (AIM:STX, OTCQX:SHIEF) CEO Greg Madison speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive after the commercial-stage specialty pharmaceutical company released a business update containing plenty of new information about its performance during the second quarter.

Madison gives an overview of the update, highlighting strong US sales growth for its Accrufer/Feraccru iron deficiency treatment as a result of the commercial expansion with Viatris that was completed in May, which brought the combined sales team to 100 people.

He stresses that the team is "really starting to fire on all cylinders" but "hasn't really hit full stride yet...I think there's more that we can do and we're constantly looking at how we tweak the business and what adjustments we can make to further that growth - but [we're] off to a really nice start."

He also mentions a new marketing campaign and the addition of Andy Hurley as Chief Commercial Officer, who he describes as a "veteran on the commercial side... I couldn't be more pleased with his performance."
