Yes I agree it was a great webinar. Totally unloved at the moment but they’re often the best times to buy. I started buying a couple of weeks back and bought more today. Crazily cheap market cap at the moment compared to the potential, so hopefully a quick recovery to a more sensible level once the bottom’s confirmed.

Grant is a Non-Executive Director at WANdisco. Perhaps he’ll be pushing for a position on the board at Angle.

With his background/contacts in the healthcare industry, he must have a good idea how much AGL’s IP is worth.

GFI will be looking for a buy out imo having done their intensive due diligence, which is exactly what recently happened with Amryt Pharma, doubling the value of their holding.

With £32M in the bank (and no debt) AGL are not going to need to raise for at least 9/12 months and in that time a lot can happen. The bad news is out of the way now and it really wasn’t that bad!

A £1.1M revenue miss for 2023, ahead of rapid expansion. That didn’t deserve a 50%+ reduction in sp over 3 days. The revised revenue forecast of £3.9M is what Angle expects to achieve without deals from “discussions with multiple new customers on the pharma services front, as well as potential corporate partners. These discussions are not included in management’s new estimates and could provide an upside surprise throughout 2023.”

Should any such deals be secured, that revenue would be on top of the £3.9m and Angle would be closer to, or may even exceed, the original £5m forecast.

We may well have seen the the bottom today and if it’s confirmed that the Directors have bought shares then hopefully this will recover to a SP/MCap much closer to NAV and not such a crazy discount which is currently the case.

Surely. You never see trades of that size from PIs. Expect to see a Dealing by Director RNS early next week.

I think Directors will be buying at this price. Wondering if the 800K buy is a Director. Guess we’ll find out soon.

So I’ve been digging into that RNS since you flagged it.

Indeed it looks like this could be the same Paresh Patel who was a Director of Sensyne Health back in 2015.

Looking at previous directorships, he seems very connected to Drayson as he’s been a previous director in many of his businesses (see link).

Again looking at the 8.3 form, it appears that Paresh bought 285K shares on the 26th Jan - the date of the completion of financing RNS - taking him over 1%, hence why he’s had to complete the form.

So with what appears to be a close connection with Drayson, you do have to wonder what has given him the confidence to splash out £57K buying more shares.

Share price has been dragged down for months by a seller and going by the trades yesterday it looks like they’re out. About 6.8% of the stock’s shares were traded (second highest daily volume in 3 years) so we should see a TR1 or two over the coming trading days. That should bring some more attention to the stock at this depressed price.

MOS are at the early stages of building a large global subscription base, and this will grow rapidly as new territories are added.

As we know this subscription base is already getting monetised through telco revenue and affiliate revenue and it sounds like their ultimate goal (discussed in the podcast below) will be to offer this eventual huge global subscription base to a multinational I-Gaming brand.

As ME says in this podcast it could eventually worth “100’s of millions, if not more”.

Yes it’s early days but the signs are very good so far and the MCap is still cheap at £15.2M so there’s bags of room for growth should all go to plan.
