I see it the other way the smt is tied in with the binder.

Binder first.

The binder has enormous potential...

The binder patent is worth reading numerous times...

Then research the currently widely used cmc binder.

MOU is not legally binding....you would think that will change.

CAP-XX has also granted SCHURTER exclusive rights to brand label and distribute CAP-XX's supercapacitor products within SCHURTER's electromechanical markets for a binding period (the "Exclusivity Right").
