from the administrators proposals it is my understanding that the secured creditors will/have made an offer to buy some of the companys assets.Eddisons are doing an appraisal as to the value of the assets and prospective purchasers. WE couold infact have a bidding war taking place? they then go on to say that following these events after the secured creditors have been paid there may be sufficient realisations to distribute to preferential and unsecured!!! this is not a lost hope as yet!

i was wondering about the term "termination" and what it implied. the word" termination" was also used by companies house for the resignation of the two previous directors andrew kaza and paul cuatrecasas so unless you have other info i,m not sure we can be sure if they jumped or were pushed? didnt expect to be still wondering what the hell is going on in november.... still as you say still signs of life and we may be in for a few surprises yet. enjoy your night and cheers....

just checked some of the other suspended/delisted shares and they are not showing either so will not read anything into that. thanks

noticed the mtv lse page is no longer showing "shares appear to be delisted or suspended". does this mean mtv has now been dissolved and does now not exist?

is this normal procedure for dissolution? the ceos jump ship or will they be replaced?

well according to companies house our Len is no longer ceo of MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC as from 12/10/16.!!!! why? company no longer exists soon....or does it?

HI Bing, i invested a similar (lost) amount to yourself and considered giving it a rest but afraid to say i,m hooked now! So decided to spend a lot of time researching and now hoping i have learnt from this experience....its amazing how many shares you write off immediatly because you are a lot warier now...looked for something reasonable safe with massive potential (dont we all) and happy to say am still well pleased with my selection to obtain back the funds i lost here. As for mtv? The more i think about this the more confused i get so just stopped trying to suss it out, what will be will be. Gl with any future investments, it was always nice to see your posts.

KNIGELK. as i have said in my earlier posts i am totally confused. i research to try and find out what is and what may happen. The facts are come monday this company will no longer exist, UNLESS something materialises. While we had time for the situation to change then anything was possible but time is running out. i just feel that what is being offered by the company at the moment will not have a value large enough along with the relavant ages of the BOD to make it worth while them continuing. we have found out recently that Granite wanted out last spring,they have lost interest. Something i feel we should have been informed about. This is today....tomorrow might reveal something different, t
