mtv services is a subsidery of mtv plc and according to the administrators proposals it has an unknown value to plc, the secured assets were software,ipr all residing in mtv services. cant really see how services can purchase the parent company . looking through the proposals again it stated that interest had been shown in motive television ireland (tv branch) so maybe the offer is for that.

?? what assets do mtv plc have besides the ipr in mtv services?

companies house have now got info on the compulsory strike off action being discontinued with motive television services. keep the faith it dosent appear to be all over yet.

is there any other reason to have a motive television website other than to continue with motive television? hard to believe they have made this live again just to put up that notification!

on the motive television website its showing as 86,074 so that appears correct...22m??? sure it will be corrected soon on the proposals.

according to the lse directors deals bryan foss has acquired 43,037,119 shares the last tranch being on 18/07/14. so subject to dilution of 1to 5 is 860,742,38 subject to 100-1 dilution is 86,074,238 on the statement of administrators proposals it is showing as 22,000,000???? more questions to be answered.
