RE: Bloch13 Nov 2016 20:28
yes bloch good post and strong possibilities it could all be true and may well have happened, far be it for me to say it hasent, only time will tell.
however also MP may still be there because its a legal requirement for a public company to have a formally appointed company secretary.
on the 09/11/16 a notice of deemed approval of propasals was accepted by the administrators. suggesting to me that some rescue package will be forthwith.
the first gazette notice on the 30/08/16 gave the company two months unless cause is shown to the contary and no notice of dissolution as been posted as yet. (but looking at the notification dates and the dates the event happened there is a delay in the notification, so still possible).
the 3 remaining directors have all resigned...pushed or jumped?
we now have a major creditor with tremendous experience and knowledge running the show.
the business is still running as a going concern, time is passing by ...
expecting news soon about the proposals and expect a compromise will be reached with the creditors. i am not expecting a sale for the simple reason unless a major offer is put forward... then time is against them
as you say a mcap of £85k when delisting...
depends on your view as to what and how good the product actually is, millions spent developing it???is it possible for the total 4b shares to be bought out for that measly sum and new shares issued to the creditors?
i
