For their services in helping with the IPO, 4 companies as well as payment were given a bonus of warrants.
These warrants issued at 4p and can be redeemed anytime up to 11/12/19. On redeeming the warrants Gneiss energy will pay Block the sum of £73,500.
They are then free to do has they wish...hold or sell for any length of time....if they were to sell them now at say 8p they would make an instant £73,500....really a no brainer.

However whats i find more interesting is the fact the other 3 companies have not yet exercised.....they must be confident its not going back below 4p!

The RNS would have been a good update if we had not heard it all before over so so many years. NO trust in anything thats written now.

Take a good look at the company has it is now.....
Take a good look at the company has it was pre AVX licence.
Then take a good look at the m/cap.....then be a realist and imagine what the eoy are going to say....

I dont know what the future holds for Cap-xx and Murata, i just know they have now ceased production of supercapacitors and hence come eoy results, royalties will have declined......
holding or adding now you are putting your faith in AK delivering on some of his promises in the next 6 mnts.

have been wrong on friday about the 500k after hours trade, i suggested it was just a normal trade between broker and mm.
Having taken a look at various sites tonight it appears there are numerous "mid price" trades all at the same time..ie 17.07 tonight,
However there are also numerous other after hour trades also (not mid price).
so apologies to whoever said they were mms transactions....because at mid price i think they was probably right..
