ok realised my mistake...that info dated 2nd may 2019. total warrants issued was 8,737,500. 5,686,826 exercised leaving 3,050,674 to exercise ( £122,026 for Bloe.)
Of course it would help if we knew who was exercising the warrants. Again notice the RNS headline.....WARRANT.... Verifying my belief that the last warrants were exercised by more than one.
Now unless anyone wants to prove or say different i would read the trades since the 11.20 top up as the 13.0/13.10 buys and the 12.85/12.87 as sells....the last 100k "buy" (sell) @ 12.87....then persuaded the mms to offer less...ie 12.675 for the sells. Anyone want to educate me and say different....always happy to learn.
Anyone been doing dummy sells?... just like buys show as sells then sells can be shown as buys. MMS are more than willing to pay above mid price when it suits them...
a-Signals between MMs... 100 > I need shares 200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get em 300 > Take the price down to get shares.... 400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand 500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.
"When news comes the price will rise if it's as good as expected but for now it's factored in already." Disagree... There is no price factoring in at the moment...sentiment dictates the price of this stock at the moment.....mms change sentiment and hence change the price. They do not have a clue what the company is worth now....they just make a market.
yes people see the "sells" (which are buys) going through at say 12.80...go to see what price they can get...see the real sell price at 12,50 so they panic and press the sell button. Just games/tactics from mms
yes, just the one share for me, do your research be happy with your choice (the best you can)...all or nothing! Life changer, early retirement...i know the risks and happy to take them.
its all there on our friend google. Read, read and read again...the more rules you learn the easier the game will become. BUT ....experience is the main teacher, unfortunately its not always good.
Always nice to see a sea of blue and like it or not a sea of red gets you thinking.....experience tells you things are not always what they seem, but until you learn it can be quite persuading.
