Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
The proposed placing has not been finalised yet.
Could just be being used as more leverage in discussions?
"For the avoidance of doubt, if the Placing Agreement between the Company and Allenby Capital is terminated prior to the First Admission then the Placing will not occur. If the Placing Agreement is terminated following First Admission but prior to Second Admission, then Second Admission will not occur, but Placees' obligations will remain fully effective in respect of the first tranche of placing shares and First Admission."
CAP-XX's second new international patent relates to an innovative polymer system that binds together the active materials used in supercapacitors. The new binder system demonstrates excellent high-temperature stability, solid electrode processability, and superior final device electrical performance. Notably, the binder technology, used exclusively with aqueous electrode slurries, improves the environmental attributes of the organic solvents typically used in electrode manufacture. Apart from standard electric double-layer supercapacitor electrodes, the binder system developed by CAP-XX could also be applied to manufacture BATTERY ELECTRODES.
Just wondering.
Tesla bought Maxwell for its battery electrode technology...
???
"Surface Mount Device ("SMD") Supercapacitors - the development of this product is nearing completion, with optimisation trials underway. The Board believes surface mount technology is ideal for mass production as SMDs can be used in automatic pick and place machines and can withstand reflow soldering. The Board is optimistic, based on its understanding of the market, about potential order volumes for this product, though these will be subject to customary trial and design-in times of each customer"
Earlier news on this subject suggested licensing agreement discussions were taking place.
Now the litigation is out of the way...perhaps some news on that front?
How can HE1 go it alone?
This is massive...and massive exploration funds require also.
Then there's the time element...
Help is coming...better to have 50% of something than 100% of nothing.
Question is who and when.
"On completion of rigging down at Tai-3, the Company's drilling rig will be moved to the new Itumbula location where the iron rough neck and hydraulics will be repaired."
Does this suggest the drill rig cannot be transported while it is hot stacked?
Lorraine made a point of the drill rig being "hot stacked"...ie ready to go.
It's certainly not going to leave the country.
If Noble are contained the same as HE1.
She states people were assessing the rig...are these the same people that did the "independent" testing?
Just my thoughts.
What's the difference between the flow test and appraisal well Noble are allegedly going to use the rig for.....
And the flow test and appraisal well HE1 can't do yet because of long lead items?
Is it the well depth?
Or Noble had to foresight to preorder the required items?
There could be enough data on the table to entice interested parties into some sort of earn in JV.
Where the incoming partner earns into the licences via exploration and development.
My expectations....sooner rather than later.
Such a large licence area...maybe even more than one partner.
Just my thoughts.
