Dim witted?16 Mar 2023 09:50
Sorry to ask, but what is it I don’t understand?
10% of Maginito valued at £1.5 mln, i.e. £15mln for 100%, by a company with a credible track record. ==> the remaining bits HyProMag and Songwe Hill - the latter with an estimated NPV of U$559mln, IRR 31,5% as per DFS August 2022 - (not to mention the rutile stuff and other), are valued at, say, £10mln.
Dim witted?
Or is just the lack of interest for AIM stocks, and for that matter, for small caps in general?
Yes, we have to admit, the MDA takes a very long time to arrive, but it certainly will, and hopefully not in the too distant future. And Will's purchase of 800k a few weeks ago should give us a lot of confidence in that respect.
There is much at stake; of course for us MKA shareholders, but even more so for the Republic of Malawi.
And almost superfluous to mention, the urgency for the West to secure an independent source for these RE’s.
My scenario is still as follows:
1. MDA
2. soon followed by funding arrangements
3. once 1. and 2. are in place the Management will then have a strong foundation to present their case to HNWI’s and Institional Investors.
Only a matter of time, a few months at the most; if earlier, so much better.
A multi-multi bagger if ever there's been one.
