Hi Munchbox, thank you, nice post.
Could it not be the Russian investor you are looking for? Or should we have seen a notification? I have to admit iI have lost track here.
Wrt to your expected RNSes: I could imagine the all important MDA could take a while longer, no?

C$0.325 in Canada, up 10%; equivalent p20.88.
Unfortunately only on light volume (2.5k).
But then, you never know.
Here's hoping
Hi Squirrel, yes I understand what you are saying, but I think it quite unlikely that Big Oil (aka the Seven Sisters - how many left?), eg Exxon, Shell or BP will be the buyer of our precious gem. Either a big, but not the biggest, Oil Company or a PE/Oil related, probably not listed company.
Present obstacles to at least partially closing the gap between present MC and "real value" (let's say £3-5 bn, anyway a substantially higher number)
1)Farallon - I agree with other posters here or on the other board that it is a real mystery why or how C has not been able to convince F that the remaining shares (3-4%?) could be easily placed. Only speculation: is it cast in F's stone that they will continue to unwind their position; gradually, by say a fixed £ amount per day, or a fixed number of shares per day?
I understand that the Farallons of this world are credit orientated funds, who are probably not even allowed to hold equities as a consequence of their investment charter, and I have to accept that. Perhaps it will always remain in the the dark whether it was the House Broker's incompetence or F decidedly unwilling or stubborn to follow an alternative route.
2)Big Oil has this ESG problem. Perhaps they would like to buy us, but they don't want to be seen to expand in this area. No let's spend our huge casf flow on wind energy, solar or hydrogen projects. Is it a political or even PR thing?Unfortunately.
(Btw, we have so many real O&G experts on this board, as well as on the others, would not one of them have a friend at one of the Majors who would have a view on this situation?)
3)I hate to admit this but I could imagine that answering the question of the commerciality (in spite of the assurances from most of the conoisseurs on all three BB's) is crucial. And, to be fair, even if all of us LTH's are 100% -or is it 80%?- convinced that the answer is going to be positive, we are still waiting for that answer.
Any way, my conclusion:
1) and 3) are a matter of time, 3-5 months at the most?, and removal of one of these two will already lift our SP substantially - New ATH's to be expected.
2): I wouldn't hold my breath, but never say never.

Oily,
yes, that is -basically- what it means.
Hopefully, the MDA and Funding will now follow soon enough.
And the days of 10 or 20 or 30p will soon be a thing of the past.
We coulld do with some more coverage (i.e. Financial Analysts), though.

Yes, I (and I like to think all LTHs of MKA) fully agree to the above.
But... given the fact that this BFS, so very important to MKA and us shareholders, takes soooo long, delay after delay, and less than a month ago it has been repeated by BOD that the BFS will be RNSed this Q2 (only 4 trading days remaining), makes you wonder.
Yes, in theory there will be a RNS next week, but I find it a bit difficult to believe they're still working on this right now.
Perhaps an explanation by the BOD, would be appreciated.
Hope to be proven wrong!
GLA,
oh, and don't forget: you would NOT want to be out of this over the weekend ;)
You wouldn't want to be out of this etc.etc.
GLA
Against the background of sharp falls in global equity markets, and an aversion against Small Caps with its concomitant lack of liquidity, in my view MKA's SP is holding up RELATIVELY extremely well.
But each to his own.
Only 11 trading days to go in this Q2. BFS expected in June. Hopefully not another delay, that would see our SP tanking.
GLA
Did anyone see Will's presentation?
Unfortunately I couldn't see it.
India’s Attero to Spend $1 Billlion on Battery Recycling Plants
Facilities planned for Poland, Ohio and one in Indonesia.
So why not buy MKA?
GLA
If I remember correctly, the last indication for the BFS was "sometime Q2".
So five (not one) more weeks to.
Anyway, nice to see some positive action here.

Mkango Resources Limited MKANGO ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PROJECT BY HYPROMAG
30/09/2021 7:00am
Interesting, last paragraph:
"There are three other small permanent magnet producers in Europe, while the United State has no such companies on a commercial scale, although one has a pilot project to produce magnets by recycling old ones."
MKA?
Holding my first batch since 2010, introduction on TSX. Added a few years later. Last (larger) purchases about a year ago. Consider myself an LTH in this company. Why?
1) asset AAA
2) management AAA - I am convinced they know what they are doing; plus, their interest aligned with shareholders.
3) future funding looks ok, none or little dilution to be expected; should there be a CR, it will be for a VERY good (i.e. positive) reason
4) timing AAA. NOW is the time - this is the right time for the right sector

Genghis, many thanks for this post. We hope this may help to support SP in general hostile market environment.
Any chance of copy/pasting this story, as it's behind a paywall.
Does it mention Hypromag? Mkango?
Again, many thanks
Or Lynas? Mkt cap A$5,5 BILLION
Pensana A$339 MILLION
MKA £27 MILLION
Hi Scoobydoo321, thank you for your contributions, which sums it up nicely and understandable for a layman like me. Agree with most of it, however:
"For the sellers, GL to them. I think it's a bit daft coz the feasibility study could come in anytime."
Anytime, yes, but not anytime SOON? Could be another half year, hopefully (much) earlier; happy to be wrong.

volume beginning to pick up....
(if the thesis : "volume precedes price"
is still valid, we should be quite optimistic)
Very interesting the part about the fee structure:
"Under the terms of the advisory agreement, Bacchus Capital will receive a fee of US$30,000 and, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, 325,000 shares on 31 January 2021, and a further 625,000 shares on 18 December 2021 should its engagement continue with the Company until such date."
So what do we (AND THEY) think these shares may be worth after 18 Decembedr 2021?
Many thanks for this SuperRoty!
