I doubt very much Slovinia will want this case in the courts, it shows them to be unprofessional at every step.
Once the detailed documentation has been put forwards, my guess is they'll want to square it away with little publicity.
I'm not invested now, one of the reasons I sold is, they have waited to long to get to littigation, I'd have started it 3 years ago, when it was clear AST were being messed around. The case now is stronger in ASTs favour.
The claim now in my opinion, should be around £350m.
Just reading a report on ONGC and they say CPO5 is producing 8000bpd, but last AMER production figures show 5000-6000bpd.
The firm also struck oil for the second time in a Colombian block, CPO-5. "The well flowed at a self-flow rate of about 4,000 barrels per day," the statement said adding oil was first discovered on the block in 2017.
"With the two wells, current production from CPO-5 is more than 8,000 barrels per day," it said.

Read through your posting history, you appear to be more of an actavist than an investor.
Just my opinion, agree or disagree, I care not.

At the current rate, I'd be surprised if we see 3 more.
Unless the take my advice and buy 2 big drill rigs, and set them to work. Plans are ok, but deivering on plan is the most important part & at the moment we are failing hence the SP.
I think from the market reaction to news is very simple, the word potential is the key.
The deal with OXY has potential, so the market didn't react, likewise with the PUT8 news lastweek, it has potential so no reaction.
I look forwards to tbe results next month.
Sorry tom111
I was looking for the trade you indicated and could only see the £509, & incorrectly assumed you'd misread it, then it appeared after my first post.
My apologies.
That just appeared as I was posting.
Nice buy,.
In reality, that's a £509 trade, 3000 shares.
Interesting figures here, it seem the change to green vehicles is not reducing tge requirement.

I wouldn't get to hung up on reds & blues, we've all bought shares and seen the trade show as sell & visa versa.
The VB script which changes the colour is simple enough and simply by changing the spread can control what it shows.
They are just trades, nothing more & only those who make them will know if a buy or sell.
I don't agree with a duster being a disaster, you learn as much from a dry well as you do from a oil laddened well.
We have to find the extrematies of the find to understand it better.
The Whitehouse has announced sanction on Venezuelan oil, I'm not impressed with this action, but it may result in a positive for Amer.
Looks like the inpatient holders are selling today, mm's are shaking them out.
All in a days work.
11 minutes past 10 seem to have gone through quietly.
An ii or another director buy, time will tell.
Moneyam show them as buys, but who knows.
