Yes, they will deliver LNG for sea trials to commission the LNG system and to keep it cool. They shall most likely keep it cryogenic (-163c) as these fuel systems are not meant to be kept 'gas free' as it does untold amounts of damage long term. They are dual fuel - the secondary fuel being MGO, this shall be the primary fuel source as MGO is exponentially cheaper than LNG at the moment whilst keeping their LNG fuel tanks and lines cool with the minimum amount of LNG possible for this purpose. So at the moment and for the foreseeable future they shall not be using LNG as a primary fuel source. As I'm sure you are aware, most ships use HFO which is approximately at any given time 30-40% of the time cheaper than MGO. So as these dual fuel ships - that being LNG or MGO are not running on LNG because it is exponentially high cost (the same fuel that is for our power stations and the reasonhe government is subsidising our heating and electricity bills).
