What is TLW debt level, market cap at 16 cent is circa 225m. so what would it cost in debt plus Market cap

i am in TLW for some time, have doubled down twice. A query for anyone If, with a capital I, there is no good news on the 12th, and the price crashes lower, at what stage should you say FCK it and get out. We as shareholders would be responsible foe any debt What are the possibilities of a cash call. Sorry do not mean to be negative

Would it be logical to expect any takeover news or offers to be made next week prior to results. If such an occurrence happens what is the situation on the results announcment, would it be put in abayance.

Yes I do agree an empty glass is far more probable than a take over.

I am a glass half full type, however i feel that at present the market feels that Irish banks are no longer a viable business , in this bigger is better world, best we can hope for is an international take over, BOI would IMHO be a better target as the goverment only owns a smaller % and would have negligable say. Despite my instincts, at this price i have doubled down, bringing my average to 73 pence. Hope i won`t regret it. Market is a blood bath this morning.

Hope this trend continues, seeems to be following share upgrade last week.

As previously posted, i feel that a change of CEO is the only driver for this company. He has had the lead for 10 years now and has made no succsessful advancement with the company, even the CFO is a long term Greencore man so he will not bring anything new to the table id he were to replave the CEO. The board seems more interested in promoting their own pay scale than promoting shareholder value.

I assume that with no RNS this morning that we are FCK. Ah well you win some you loose sum, end of year will see me in the black overall. Happy new year to alll

Looks like the board has adopted a plan of operation to generate what cash it can, cutting all ancillary costs. This is usually referred to as Harvest Mode. If the current well being drilled is bad then I see no recovery unless a sale or buy out occurs. Sitting on my hands, lucky I have had a great run with CRH and RYA this year to cover this loss.
