What next for the long term shareholders? Does anyone know if we will ever get our money back?

I have asked HL and they confirmed that it is by phone trades only unfortunately.
Will you guys be holding the shares long term in the hope that it will bounce back. If only they did not sack Lekan, we would have not been in this situation! hope it bounce back!

Could anyone please confirm how much the sp offer stands if the deal goes ahead? Sorry have not been following what has been going on lately. How do you also vote no if you are with HL? Thank you!

I have no idea. We are in this mess because Lekan decided to stop giving Lekoil plc any cash from the operational activities. Hence, the suspension. It will only be removed once they clarify their relationship. With no cash, I can’t see Lekoil plc having any future.

Would you accept 1.9p when the shares are worth more. Lekan should offer the market price if he wants to takeover the company. We can all move on.

The saga continues. Trying to keep positive but the board had 6 months since the suspension of the shares and to-date there has been no update. Both sides are equally as bad and private investors suffer the consequences. Would not trust any of them!

That was my understanding too. They had 6 months from the date of suspension, unless am wrong! No idea what is going on anymore! No communication from the Board at all!

Still no update on the share suspension!!

What next? Only just under 2 weeks left before the shares get delisted! If only Lekan did not get sacked, wonder what the sp would have been at! Wishful thinking! Here to hoping the tide will turn for the private shareholders!

Thanks for the update. Will you be accepting the cash offer? I think the cash offer is very insulting considering the rise in oil price. I think I will wait and see what happens. With oil price running so high, why are they not compromising? I think Lekoil ltd should just reinstate Lekan and let bygones be bygones. Here to hoping the shares get relisted. Are any private shareholders keeping their shares? Thank you.

This saga just keeps getting worst and still no update on the relisting of the shares! If Lekan is successful in calling an EGM and manages to sack the existing board, where does that leave the private shareholders? Anyone? I have lost hope with the board. They have been useless and have put us in a very bad situation when they sacked Lekan!

Same here, still waiting for a decision from HL. I wonder if there is any hope of the shares being delisted! Only one more month left before the shares get delisted. If only they could come to a compromise. I wish the Board did not sack Lekan! We would not have been in this situation!

Are any shareholders holding on to the shares? So what will happen to those who decided to sell their shares and the shares get relisted and they still have not receive the cash offer?

Looks like Lekoil Nigeria is desperate to acquire as many shares as possible if they keeps extending the
deadline every time. Is that a good sign? Wonder if the shares will ever get relisted!

I had similar response from HL and it is very concerning considering the deadline is next week. The silence from the Board as well is not helping either. They told us to stay put but there has been no update since. Useless board we have! If they did their job properly, we would not have been in this mess!

Thank you for all the posts. Contacted Hargreaves and they are waiting to hear from Lekoil plc before they give us any update on our options! I blame the Board for our situation! If they did not sack Lekan we would not have been in this mess. Why can’t they just reinstate him and just move forward! Win win for everyone!
