I wrote to them today and got a response. They are in talks with the Registrar. Once they have more details, they will write to the shareholders about the cash offer and their options. I hope this helps.

Will you be taking the cash offer? To any other shareholders out there, have you made a decision yet?

Does anyone hold their Lekoil shares via Hargreaves Lansdown? How do you go about if you want to accept Lekoil Nigeria’s offer as I don’t think Hargreaves have reached out on the share offer?Thanks everyone!

The company needs to make a compromise with Lekan. They should have never listened to Metallon and ousted him imo. Now it has made the situation worst!

We will need a miracle for things to turn around. What surprised me is why the Lekoil Nigeria is still backing Lekan if he is not maximising shareholders value like he mentioned in his last interview?

I was hoping with the oil rally this share would have come good but Metallon has made it worse for the shareholders.

Metallon has made the situation worst for the shareholders! The Board should just give Lekan his old job back.

Guess a minimum of 22p. If it it was not for the Qatari loan fiasco, the sp would have never been that low.

Where did u guys arrive at a takeover of 5p? Is that not too low?

12p would be awesome for the long term investors after being caught in the Qatari loan fraud.

I have to say the silence from the Board since the resignation of the CEO is not helping the share price at all. I wish they will get their act together and make most of the oil rally!
