You have completely misinterpreted the RNS. There are no delays suggested in the RNS. It makes sense to extend the loan repayment of the 500k loan to give them more leeway. Doesn't necessarily mean they will have to wait until 14 November for funding.

I am not sure why you guys think there is any delay. It is prudent to extend the repayment date of the £500k loan but it certainly does not mean it will be paid back on the last possible date. It just gives them more leeway. In the 2 October RNS Manduca said the funding would be signed off in the "next few weeks" and also said "by the end of the month" in the interview. Nothing in the RNS today suggests any delays. In fact it is very positive as it clarifies several points that were being discussed by shareholders.

Thanks macaumike. I'm actually not nervous at all. Some commentators were still touting the possibility of a small placing to pay for corporate overheads and the £500k loan, but today's RNS dispels that possibility. I am also very pleased that the company only needs $15 million at this stage as it puts them in a much stronger position. It is a very large saving and prudent in my opinion. It is best not to over burden the company with too much debt to begin with and it also means less dilution for shareholders.

Funding has not been delayed. The £500k repayment date has been extended so that it can be paid off from the $15 funding which is important news as it confirms that there will be no placing. We were previously told that funding will be signed by the end of the month but it is prudent to ensure there is a bit of slack in paying back the £500k loan.

Excellent RNS which clarifies several points. Importantly the company confirms it has "no plans to procure additional funding in order to commence production nor to cover existing overheads". Also clarifies that the amount of funding necessary for phase 1 has been significantly reduced which puts the company in a much stronger position: “With the reduction in the purchase price for Mothae, revised terms of payment with Lucara, and other working capital and capital expenditure efficiencies identified, we are well placed to deliver on our strategy. Our mining plan at Mothae has been independently reviewed by MSA and indeed improved on our original estimation of the economics of the project." Also noted is that the company is bringing "two technologically advanced XRT machines to site" which will greatly improve efficiency of diamond recovery and ensure large stones are not broken during processing.

The directors were not forced by the NOMAD to say there was no reason for the increase in the share price so there must be something going on behind the scenes. Also it is very interesting how they referred to potash and Ethiopia in the RNS. Their main operations are currently in Kenya and in the oil industry, so this is what makes me confident that a big potash deal could be close.

Mothae has never been factored into the share price so there is a long way to go. Manduca knows this and so do the new investors.

Also note in particular how the company stated "In particular the Company is targeting increased workflow arising from potash development in Ethiopia." Why would they mention Ethiopia when their operations are currently mainly based in Kenya. If there was nothing behind the rumour about potash contracts the company would have no reason to mention Ethiopia or potash. There has been a leak, no doubt about it IMHO. If the contract is confirmed there is a chance of a very significant re-rate as currently the market capitalisation is very low.

You obviously don't know how the system works. If there was nothing behind the rumours the NOMAD would have forced the company to say "we know know reason for the sudden rise in the share price".

This has only just started to re-rate. Could easily see 2p to 3p this week as share price is so oversold. It would be nice if it follows the same trajectory as AFPO.

If there was no reason for the share price rise the NOMAD would make the company say that in the RNS. The RNS states that the company " notes the movement in the Company's share price". Therefore there is a reason for it to rise. New contract must be close which could see the share price rise back to fair value. Could easily see 3 to 4p. All IMO DYOR.

But if there was no truth in the rumours the NOMAD would have forced the company to say so in the RNS. RNS confirms potash contract is close.
