Excellent update. Company cash flow break even already with year end cash above expectations. New acquisition in Ethiopia which should boost profits and more announcements to be made shortly. This news alone should give the SP a huge boost with more news to come. Could be quite a scramble on the open to pick up cheap stock. Anything under 1.3p is a steal IMO.

The company is now very well positioned to ride the wave of new spending on cyber security. JB knows this and is confident of spreading the message to potential institutional investors. We should see new funds invested in the company and increased newsflow which will support the SP. We already know the company is capable of winning public and private contracts. I am confident this morning's dip will be bought and the uptrend will continue.

It is also worth noting that the chairman said there is likely to be a lot of consolidation in the cyber security industry. As Falanx builds its company base it will become a very attractive takeover target.

As other shareholders are aware JB's outlook is usually quite understated so for him to say the company is "reaching an infection point" is very significant IMO. The cyber security division is only just up and running so the financial results do not reflect the potential. Falanx has won more contracts since the last operational update, this time with governmental departments. The government alone has a huge budget to spend on cyber security. Momentum is building and I expect significantly more interest in the stock as the story gets out there. The company is very well positioned to take advantage of a sector that is about to see huge growth.

I think some shareholders panicked after reading the RNS without realising KBs age. Some will see this as a great buying opportunity as positive news on Monday could spark a big rally in the share price.

His DoB is 28/05/48 which means he will be nearly 68 when he stands down. JB seems to be the driving force behind the company.

I think KB is in his late 60s so not too surprised he will stand down next year.

The company may also announce a contract win first before raising funds

It's unlikely they will issue all the shares. It is standard practice for companies to get authority to issue far more than is required just to cover themselves and save having to repeat the process in the future

Share price will recover when a new contract arrives. It may not be long so this could prove a great buying opportunity.

Company bosses are running scared of cyber crime and will be forced to spend more funds on protection. Falanx's investment in its cyber security division has been perfectly timed and if the company can capitalise on the current situation it could grow very strongly. It could also be a very attractive takeover target.

I'm expecting a positive update on Monday which could lead to a significant recovery in the share price. There must be plenty of interest to invest in the cyber security space and Falanx are one of the few UK listed companies in this sector. Despite all the headline news recently the share price is still a fraction of its 52 week high.

Dibs61 has been posting on LSE for quite some time and I would say he is among the more experienced and shrewder investors. I generally find his posts balanced and we'll informed. He is obviously enthusiastic about the shares he is invested in but I would not call this ramping.

I can't see them going to the trouble of arranging an analysts briefing unless there is some positive news on the way. This is a long term hold for me as I think FLX are in the right place at the right time. Could see some very substantial upside in next few months. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some institutional buying which would give the SP a big boost.

Yes, nice to see them want to release results quickly. Under AIM rules they could have waited until the end of December. Poor results are normally released at the last possible moment. New year's eve would have been a great day to bury bad news so I am optimistic about Falanx's results and the update and outlook that will accompany them. I think we will see a decent rise in the lead up to the release as I think there will be some investors who are keen to build a decent size stake at the current low share price. It won't take much buying pressure to move this stock up substantially

Nice to see some good posts on here today. IMHO there is a fantastic opportunity here at the moment. If management play it right there is a good chance we will see a three figure share price over the next year or two. That's not a ramp, it's my genuine belief. Have a good weekend all.
