One quarter of the $278m available cash would equate to 37c/share but they have declared 30c. Dollar weakness means dividend will be about 22.3p or about 10.44% yield at current 854p. Glad I reduced from about 940p & will accumulate again if weakness persists & price goes nearer 800p.

· Adjusted EBITDAX for the period was $278 million, a 7% increase versus Q1 2024 ($259 million) due to favourable inventory movements reflecting the timing of production and sales.

Perhaps it’s the UK suspending trade talks with Isreal. It won’t make one jot of a difference.

Very disappointing. Just when it seemed the company were about to become cash generative, the rug was pulled from investors, many LTHs. Energy Flex was the key here I think. At no time was an equity raise considered. The cash was simply allowed to run down & despite the £30m debt facility guaranteed by EDF they decided to buyout the remaining shareholders at what amounts to £40/EV charger. C'est las vie. Moved money into SEIT & ITM. GLA

I don't think I have seen anywhere that the 50p dividend has been confirmed, only a target of 72p for the year (22p already paid). I have, however added today at 331p. Looking at Director buys over the last two years, these guys have been buying at well over the current price & I'm looking for a recovery over 400p.

Energy Flex added £550k in Q4/24 so extrapolating this to 2025 could bring in additional revenues in excess of £2m.

Expansion in Europe (Spain) with SeisSolar should bring in more revenues.

Perhaps the current auditors decided there was little chance of recovering this debt & due diligence required reporting this to the market asap & I applaud them for their candour. Effectively the debt is written off. What’s important will be the results on 29th April & forward looking statement. It is expected the £30m credit facility from EDF will be drawn upon. Revenues expected of £53m, market cap < £8m. There are many companies with zero revenues with a higher market cap but PODP must demonstrate that they have turned the corner & not just burning cash like there’s no tomorrow.

I'm hoping this is the kitchen sinking element before the final audited results at the end of April show a more positive outlook. The fact that these debts go back 2020 - 2024 is unacceptable but the fact they have debt collections operating normally now is slightly reassuring. Much has changed since those four years. Avoiding a knee jerk reaction, I'm committed to retaining my holding & will base any further trading decisions on the April finals. Director's losses are now £30k a piece. The CEO stated more exciting news to come this year but I didn't expect this sort of excitement. Only a couple of weeks to wait.

I've taken my lead from Director buys, not some sad loser.

Hoppo has sold out & is very angry he has lost so much money so wants to trash the company.
