Says the investor with a £52,000 stake. Was that the initial investment or its current worth ? How much have you lost on this one Amers. Reminds me of a couple of sayings about more money than sense or a fool & his money etc.

My vote will be cast according to what I believe is best for my investment & not what you think is best for your investment Amers.

Now, if GDR were to add a fourth resolution that said something to effect of Directors reducing remuneration until such time as the company achieves FCF then that would make me a little more sympathetic as to their plight. As it stands, I am not leaning favourably to any further fund raise. Investors have until 9th Sept to cast a vote so plenty of time for GDR to read the market mood & react accordingly.

Amers, voting against the resolutions will definitely effect change. Your posts are becoming frantic now.

Amers, I also note in a previous post that you are appealing for investors to vote FOR the resolutions & expect to attend the GM & propose a 30% cut to Directors pay. By going into Administration, the Directors will receive a 100% pay cut. Are you on GDR's payroll btw ?

Amers, you sound like you work for the company by using the pronoun 'We' & not referring to GDR in the third person. In fact, you sound desperate.

It's something that needs to be considered.

If you believe their products are worth more than £4m or 0.55p/share, why vote for dilution. Just wait for the interested parties to show their hand.

If the company goes in to Administration, all that money going out to pay wages & salaries will stop. It will be up to the Administrator to get the best value for stakeholders, not Gino.

Range of funding options or just tap pi’s for more cash because they are the soft option.

I need convincing to vote yes to the resolutions. I’d be happy to see this lot flushed town the toilet.

The RNS states:

"Shareholder approval is being sought in respect of the Reorganisation and the Resolutions to grant authority to the directors to issue shares and disapply pre-emption rights at the General Meeting which is convened for 3 p.m. on 15 September 2025 at 48 Grafton Street, Manchester M13 9XX."

Surprised the GM date is two weeks away. Makes me wonder whether they are hoping for some kind of saviour to rescue the company. They'll be down to a few weeks left to raise after the GM if resolutions passed & even then there may not be the desired take-up amongst investors unless GDR indicate a reduced cash burn..

This from their March 2025 fund raise:

"The Subscription provides the Company with an extended cash runway to seek to close a number of the commercial and other opportunities in front of it and further drive shareholder value. The Board will continue to assess longer term financing options in the meantime."

So much for driving shareholder value.

Should the resolutions not be passed & administration follows, I wonder how that would affect the Scottish rollout & their access to the machines/tests. It could be quite embarrassing for them since their heralding of the new tests.

I think we should forget FDA for now & focus on nearer term UK, EU & ME as revenue sources.

Bear 132, they are doing some financial bmf to enable them to raise working capital by potentially issuing new shares at a price yet to be determined to keep them afloat.

What's needed to survive are the products, not the lifestyle of those running the show.

I've a mind to vote no & see this go in to administration just out of spite. The IP can be sold to the highest bidder imv.
