I have voted 'NO' to all resolutions & will retain my 1m shares to ensure my votes count on the day. Many of the RNS's are in flowery language such as 'we have visibility of' - wft is that suppose to mean ? I only have £4000 more to lose from my £10k investment & I can live with that. There is more value in GDR's products than the current market cap suggests & I'm not prepared to be diluted in this manner. The products will survive, children won't go deaf & stroke patients will receive the appropriate drugs but without further Directors skin in the game I'm not prepared to support their lifestyles and cannot support the way shareholders money is burned like there's no tomorow. Something tells me the resolutions will be passed but not with my vote. GLA whatever you choose.

As the market is so leaky, any hint of an approach to buy the company would have sent the SP soaring by now. Cash burn needs to be reduced to £100k/month by whatever means.

Anyone got a link to confirm Directors salaries. This could affect the way I vote.

Fortunately, some of my other investments are fairing better. SEIT just declared a 1.59p dividend.

Actually Amers, on reflection, the company is in debt with the shareholders without whom, none of them would be in paid employment & they would have no products.

Voting 'NO' would likely put the company in the hands of the receivers. Maybe not such a bad option given the losses already incurred by many.

Staff wages would stop & statutory redundancy is very small dependent on age & years of service. They couldn't just take what's left from the cash pile. If they had other funding options in place, we should know them by now. Shareholders should be prepared for dilution. The price is sinking as I write.

Choochie, if they are so close to achieving FCF positive, surely a bank would give them a commercial loan. If the banks won't do it, why should PI's ?

If the products have that much value, the Administrator would be under an obligation to achieve that value. I'm an investor, not a charity after all.

One could always formerly abstain from voting & let others choices determine the future of this company. I expect many won't vote anyway. It is possible the resolutions won't pass unless some interested party starts buying some big chunks. The whole market is sinking at the moment due to gilt yields so I'm inclined to just sit back and & watch the scenario unfold. As long as you have more winners than losers in the market you're doing well.

I'm just imagining the look of panic on the Directors' faces should the resolutions not be passed when they realise their cash cow, i.e. PI's has run dry & there really is no more money left in the pot. I'm so tempted to vote 'NO'. Still not yet decided how to vote with my 1m shares. I'll decide by Friday in case some news breaks.

There are a lot of investors that simply won't bother to vote therefore the resolutions may not pass simply because of apathy so the Directors et all better get buying in large doses to get their vote through.

Amers, as you seem to be on good terms with GDR comms, why not ask the Directors to buy a couple of million shares each as a sign of confidence. That's only £12k each. They could then vote accordingly with those newly acquired shares. Might even move the bid up a little.
