There seems to be an iron curtain drawn between the BO D and us, the co owners of this company.
For a long time we had to endure half Truths,Obfuscation,Smoke and Mirrors and almost total silence for long periods.
We have witnessed a daily diet of SP manipulation, a seemingly unending stream of Bond Conversions, and Financial Rescue Acts which confound the understanding of most here.BOD members come and go and a CEO who has been shunted to the to the sidelines. Justifiably in the opinion of most.
Our new CEO has failed to introduce himself and has communicated only briefly in an RNS.
The Shareholders are confused, bitter and understandably angry at this parlous state of affairs.
Yet we are told we're sitting on a vast resource that a large Oil Company, probably a Major,has a keen interest in acquiring and which has tabled a LOI seeking to acquire part or the whole Asset.
To puncture this tangled bubble the BOD needs to meaningfully come clean on how matters are progressing in all fronts. Not just a vague phrase which only leads to more confusion and endless debate.
The company needs desperately to be perceived as a respectable well managed company, honouring it's mission to do it's best for ALL STAKEHOLDERS. Not just a tight group of insiders who seem he'll bent on rewarding themselves.
If they will not carry out this themselves, then we all know FCA ought to get involved as an actor of Last Resort.
Good luck to all genuine holders. Something has to change here. This farce has gone on far too long. Time for action is overdue. Let us hope some entity with a modicum of integrity takes the necessary action.
