It's easy to say that almost everybody had misinterpreted the NED Appointment and it's their fault . The fact is that NOBODY on here interpreted it as being just the Nominating day today .Not one poster said "Hang on, Nov 1st is only for closure if Nominations"

Wouldn't it have been simple to have said something like

"November 1st a NED will be Nominated and an Appointment of same will be made shortly thereafter"

That would have made the position absolutely clear.

As usual we get information open to misinterpretation and the SP falls by 12%[.

You may technically be correct RBM but the BOD must have been aware of how hundreds had interpreted the NED appointment.

If today was only the day of Nomination it would have been a simple job to tell us not to expect the Appointment today.

But they didn't.

The result is that the upward momentum has been lost and confidence in the new Board is now under scrutiny.

You have to wonder who advises this Company on on its PR journey

I've not seen this oscillate quite like this before. It may well be as you suggest but I always look for changes in patterns This is a highly unusual activity for this share. Therefore I'm suggesting we may see some maybe dramatic changes very soon.
