There is a massive Asset here in Wyoming which JV wants to exploit. Why on earth would they wait until Copl is running in full throttle before doing the deal. Surely it's in JV interest to squeeze Copl when they are weak and struggling to break even. Should they wait until were5 doing 2500bpd? Cool will then be in a stronger position to play Hard Ball.

If I were Exxon I would be anxious to do the deal fast when they are clearly in charge.
