On the balance of the evidence I find Blackstouts views reasonable and believable.

But bear in mind Wookie that Institutions are prevented from investing in Companies with a tiny Mcap.

There was no need for Blackstout to claim any involvement in Copl. Discussions. The fact that does so claim, knowing it would be questioned, in my view makes his contribution all the more genuine.

But I suppose we cannot be sure either way. We do not know and he does not elaborate on in what capacity he was involved

So just taking his reasoning at face value, which seem reasonable, COPL has an excellent chance if being the Share of the Century. less than 2p to £6 or so.
