If they had no wind of the JV collapse, then they did no DD. With hindsight those in the business must have seen something amiss with the BH selling. They should at least have checked the situation through the available channels. My guess is they did and did what it's worth could forsee a future situation in which the SP would be much higher in the not so distant.

For reasons which are unclear to us right now, they felt compelled to make their move last week.

The real point is that the "Bashers" were just trying to produce the right environment for multiple trades.

Those telling us it's our own fault are not playing fair.
