I’m pretty much always in agreement with your views on here and remain so for the most part and am a long term holder and great believer in our stock and remain so.
I’m a huge fan of SD and believe he’s a worthy match for the astute and experienced Sandeep.
I also do not consider my self a bed wetter. Where SB is showing his cards at the moment imho is only in his reticence to convey positive data like acknowledgment of our updated MRE2 etc and the playing down of the pr for what should be an ace in his pack of cards. It’s that simple. I’m not a conspiracy theorist. I’m simply wondering why, aside from potential buy out tactics and a bid to keep SP low , he has changed tack somewhat.

My even greater friend Bamps is also of your mind. And that’s fine isn’t it ?
we’re all on the same team ultimately and hope for great things. Something just seems odd and somewhat tactical to me. SB is playing for his team and SD for ours. But make no mistake they’re not quite on the same team so each playing for their own win.

To add my two 'pennorth I do think that NCM are not playing ball for a reason currently. They will take the 5% because if not why not agree to SD's counter offer, for one.
Regarding the lowering of enthusiasm in speeches, obvious PR etc etc and the muted MRE which although at cut off point, was still not enhanced to our advantage, when SD announced the upgrade. They have neither acknowledged, nor have they denied it...simply ignored it altogether. Which means a tacit agreement but no congrats or pat on back to SD and the evolution of Hav.

I know there are other irons in the fire and maybe more pressing mines evolving in their portfolio, like Red Chris etc etc.However, something is afoot and at 12 pence odd per share currently, I don't particularly like it.

Come on SD....keep it up and wow us with some other superb rabbit out of your bottomless (I hope) hat!

The other way to look at this , even based on NCMs measly $60 m bargain price for 5 % is the read through Hydros ( on the other site) calculation of what Newcrest have quite literally valued our sp on given SHauns revelation that Hav on volumetric is going to 20 m oz au.
Hydros calculation equals an SP of 33 pence. And that’s merely based on the lowly price of $60 m for 5%.
So if that is cheap and not based on REAL value … then the mind boggles. But even 33 p is comforting for now at least. It’s gonna be a lot more tho. But use that as your base line.

And my waffle there was as clear as mud maybe!!
the point is that the 5% is NCM's lucky day cos the remaining 25% is going to be worth many many times over and I don't just mean 5 times the 60m!

Think some people on here are basing the 5% price, as JS underlines, as a valuation. It isn't a valuation as it is not based on the value of where we are positioned post the cut off point etc etc etc .
NCM got us cheap. Very cheap based on real facts as unearthed since the cut off point with satellite strikes not even being a part of the equation!

I know it seems logical to think 60m is worth 5% of the company. But it simply isn't!!
This has been repeated over and over.
The way to look at it is that if if had not been for SD's nouse and negotiation NCM who already got it cheap at 60m dollars might have got it for even less!
60m is cheap considering what we have but it could have been worse.I was as disappointed as the rest of us , INITITALLY, thinking we had been had. Now the way I see it, that our 25% if we play our cards right, and with SD , we should...that we are worth soooooo much more in the long run and isn't that better than having an inflated SP now that might go down rather than up?

The only way IS up....that's what I#m hanging my hat (or Panama) on!

Depends on a few things Sand ! The 20 plus m oz being officially announced and mineable at good grades. The speed of the extraction and Newcrests appetite for publicising the find to get investors on board. Whether they bid or not. And critically , imho , another significant strike by GGP or announcement of other Havieron satellites , plus SD continually outwitting the blockers from Sandeep !
Not to mention link and senti,ent and gold price going up exponentially a la Speedys predictions. Just a few components that need fulfilling.

Think we are on the upward move if news still flowing over the next few months. All is crossed but SD is the best man for the job whatever some of the naysayers on here say about him. He is really savvy. I can't quite believe the David & Goliath moves he's making...eg. producing his own MRE2 because Sandeep wouldn't...then making a counter offer higher than Sandeeps for the 5%! Priceless strategic moves! Gotta love the bulldog spirit...he must be British deep down:-)

I remember it well Bellers.....mind you, we were all thrilled at that point before that it even reached 12! lol. Now we are reaching for the stars 'cos 12pence is so low for the value we have tucked away deep down in the dirt.

Then we whipped up a frenzy after an age of waiting and wishing and wanting...to 15 then 20 then 25 then 37.......

Let's hope for that replay and this time for it to stick on the upward trajectory and keep on going........till it reaches my £1!!

This is an obvious statement, but listening to all these t/o theories' and SP predictions etc etc , I do believe there is one additional major catalyst needed to rocket- launch our value to others and that is a new strike!
Watching all of the PR that SD is pouring into the market and across to 'us' the PI's, I can only conclude that that is his now fervent mission. To get this much-needed new strike to show NCM we are more than Hav and to show the rest of the market, given our hands being so tied to NCM even with our ginormous hit at Havieron.
The legacy agreement has poured water over the rocket launch of SP value in 2020 and time and sentiment and NCM's downplaying of this now has dampened people's ardour for GGP. We need a strike.SD seems pretty determined. Let us hope we get lucky, because even though he has bought up elephant country land....it is where they drill that matters and finding it in amongst the dirt is not easy.
SD is a hero in the making...if anyone can do it, I am now convinced he can. Hope I'm right.
Get that lucky hole SD....then we will see movement like back in 2020!

£1 for me …if indeed it happens at all !
But at the moment we are a long way from that ! Interesting to see how this plays out. Hopefully we’re now on the upwardly trajectory. If anyone can move it up , SD can. He’s aware of all the moves of this giant chess set.
Where we were once a lowly pawn , he may move us on up to being promoted to a more total opponent! Damn well hope so. He’s better placed than GH was then. But let’s face it. We needed both. Lucky us.
