So the 5% has landed at $60 m ! Not a vast sum and I admit I expected more even at 100;m mark as being low. However , SDs plucky sassy official announcement here of his counter offer is undeniably awe inspiring !
Gloves are off. I look forward to new developments now this is over.
I admit to a bit of concern as if this goes much lower even temporarily, it will get close to my increased overall average buy in price and I have seen hundreds of thousands wiped off any profits over 18 months …. So scary stuff !

But NCM didn’t take the offer off SD. That should tell us all we need to know if we continue down this path and don’t get taken out low. All is crossed that SD can win this eventually for us shareholders.

I agree that another forum for those who want to move will be more constructive possibly and more dedicated to research. I am sad to see it has come to this however. I have no desire to add to my burden of platforms for info and contribution and research however. A personal thing. Not enough time to do them all basically.

Therefore, though I post much less frequently I hope others will not completely abandon this forum, because for those of you who contribute solid research as well as motivation, are of value to us who will stay.

It's interesting to read all the diverse posts and thoughts on where we are at and where we might be going !

I think with the volatility we have shown and the extreme ends of each level (ie high 30's to low 10's ) this past 18 mths it is pointless speculating until such time we have solid major factors in place.5%. DFD etc.

On watching Rick's latest interview on state of the macro markets and fiscal scenarios plus myself also being a fan of Buffet's since starting on the investment road, I can only conclude that RR is right and Buffet, and that a 5 year pathway is the only way to be sure of any major 1000% gain outcome, if the fundamentals bear that out!

So my patience hat is reluctantly but firmly in place as opposed to my Panama!!

GLA . A year or three more maybe unless we get taken out first. And..if we do, then SD is the man for the job. I do believe he will fight tooth and nail for his own reputations and for his own investment here.

With that in mind mushes noodles are predicted to ever grow in well nurtured compost to my new target and belief of £1. ( apologies to Mush !)

This is my view only. DYOR and who knows on the timing depends on miming years or takeout before then. But that’s the new minimum for me !

1. Fabulously enthusiastic as ever on SD’s part and a mention of us potentially being Australias largest gold mine to date ? Q- what is the size in terms of oz of AU of the largest ? Is that Kalgoolie?

2. Why … are we still unknown with this kind of press from our erstwhile CEO? His facts coupled with SBs initial fervour around Hav has been no less than fantastic !!! I’m both delighted and still puzzled even tho I know we haven’t extracted solid ore yet !!

3. BR … did you get our leader on the pop before this part 2?? He sounds not only enthusiastic as ever but a tad tipsy in my view ?!! Lol!!

Greetings from Greece ! So am I faint of heart ? No … but am I happy at this lowly incredible level ? No… a resounding no ! Will I sell. Also no ! But I recall our dismay at being stuck well over a year ago at 12 p and wondering if this would ever budge from 12 p ! And look at this piece of poppy****?! Somewhat ludicrous eh?!
So what to do and what to think !? It’s all still there but it ain’t a walk in the park !
Come on BOD. Spill some beams as soon as possible and get SB to shift a gear or three. We need some closure on the hard to swallow news and some forward momentum !!
