Have to add though that Schlemiel was wiser than some of s and sold out at his allotted 20p from memory...whilst we all hung about waiting for more! I am now back at my raised average more or less which is not so great. I wish I had had better hindsight as did he, although I will wait for my £1 long term but think it will be a good ole wait now.

He didn't do so badly. I believe we will all do better...but I could too have taken some profits along the way and did not.

NCM have behaved unexpectedly with the 5% not being taken, hence the uncertainty for some, on top of all the FUD that has crawled out of the woodwork.

All I can say is that they must have money to burn and time to waste, on top of a languishing NCM share price ,if they continue to burn through hundreds of millions on excavating Havieron as well as improving the roads to Telfer and Telfer itself!?

Now SB would be in serious poo if that were the case wouldn't it?

Yes I agree. I don't think we will be at these lowly levels for long which is why I wish I had more cash to put in.

It is unsettling for sure, but:
1. the short term gain will be to oust these devils , satisfy the banks we have cash to add to their loans for funding , and that we have a known quantity in Tribeca (to SD as a corporate man) as an insto on board.

2. the mid-term gain will be more solidity to this stock as drilling results take over from uncertainty and our loot and find grows larger.

3.The longer term gain, of course, is our growth, our investment, continued investment from instos and more settled and less nervy newbies, and the fact we are a 'miner' ..or find of substance for a potential buyout.

It is all to play for. I am as disappointed as the rest sitting at 8 odd pence but here for the 50 pence or preferred £1!

kernowlad I feel your pain as an awful lot of us have done the exact same! As you say, it is our choice and as I have said, this SP level waivers fractionally above my own average now which I uplevelled from a penny odd!

It is not perfect. I say watch listen and learn from the interview on proactive specifically today merely because it answers all the questions asked here. I also have stated my view on the SP levels as not being conducive currently to sentiment or investment . I am all in and cannot put any more in like many others.
Listen and learn to what what is being said I meant, as it is the only way questions can be answered. With information whether we like that information or not is up to each individual to decide.
The only way you can change that, as you say is to stay or go? You choose that, Noone else.

Hi DGR yes absolutely and I agree with you and having thought that NCM were definitely going to offer for the lot, I am now unsure of that and await the longer term extraction and hopefully a far better value long-term.
I am simply pointing out that as we are majority PI owned currently, that their sentiment can move mountains (particularly if the shorters weren't helping the suppression currently that is)

It just helps with mood and longer term holding of investment as SP levels encourage motivation.
We are on the same page, just mindful of sentiment that's all.

Yes definitely. It is really good to learn these things and a few on here would do well to watch listen and learn IMO rather than spout off inflaming fire where there isn't any smoke.

Although I agree that the news is longterm pointing us in the right direction and the 5% additional value is marvellous (albeit a surprise) I cannot agree that on the whole, the SP level is irrelevant to a lot of PI's.
Sentiment moves mountains and this will not help short-term.
However, it should help with institutional investment above and beyond Tribeca when funding sorted, FS out and ASX listed.

It looks very much like SD himself was pretty surprised at NCM's decision not to take up the 5%. I am still in twm minds myself as to why they didn't and there tho it is excellent news for us longterm, it is still a puzzler unless it is simply to spend those funds elsewhere with SB's hands also tied due to shareholder revolts?
Anyway...SD has answered everything you ask on this interview. It is informative and in a turbulent market, we can only be grateful we have him at the helm. Sorry but GH was absolutely right when he said he was not the man for this big boy job. He did his bit and bowed out at the right time.
This bit needs cunning, guile, financial expertise, quick wits, insto corporate experience and in essence a very savvy strategist! Not an easy job. We watch and wait and learn from this man because I am learning tons!!!

PS and an important one. According to legislation in the UK SD was restricted to only 8m euro cap allowing PI's ie retail investors to participate in an offer. I did not know that! Did any of you I wonder? Solves another question here....His hands were tied. He wantes the best of both worlds for instos plus retail investors...however...
let's look at this positively. Short term pain for longterm much much bigger returns now we have a v v v v v vaaluable additional 5% worth more than this short-term loss.
I'm staying put.Just for longer.
