Incidentally it’s interesting isn’t it that whilst I agree that SD comes to the Uk to attend other bigger meetings , he Also chooses to rally the pis in town hall events.
We are not quite all instilled yet are we. Even if that’s his fervent desire ultimately.
Think we have a say in some things and clear to me we’re not just a speck of dust in his eyes.

You may or may not be right in the end but don’t underestimate the power of pis whilst they still form a large percentage of the holdings.

Wow thank you for the responses so far all. These averages in the main from years back are quite phenomenal ! Whilst mine isn’t too awful it’s nowhere near that as I continued to buy right up to the 30 s in some
buys !
But yes Speedy I wish I’d sold a few in the 30 s too but hey ho. Everything happens for a reason.

We wait and hope for a little faith in this newly formed A team. To date, SD has done his best to keep us informed. After Callums latest answers to Liam I am pretty sure it's going to be positive, albeit a long hold if we hang onto our assets that is.

I agree with some of this as I mentioned earlier, SD has amassed a forcefield around him and it is an expensive one! Why. Did he not see or hear anything before he amassed them?

I suggest he had a fair idea especially when Sandeep stopped singing and after the shock move of pulling out of the 5% purchase!

NCM's moves have beren decidedly odd in my view leading up to this. Was it just because of strapped spend demands or something else.

I still believe there are options open to us depending on his forcefield maybe. Let's see who else bids for Newcrest and that will open up other figures and therefore different permutations of what might happen to us.

Nailbiting but at the moment maybe all still to play for.

Unless SD likes spending money fir the sake of it and unless he not looked left right or centre lately and had his eyes blinded and his mouth muffled and hasn’t seen or heard takeover talk / rumours / a sniff of things to come where Newcrest are concerned etc etc .. thrn my view is he has things up his sleeve if at all possible.

Can’t see us going down without a fight !!
