StarBright you are fixated on this point and I imagine the new BOD were brought onboard to anticipate network and negotiate such complex scenarios to everyone’s benefit.
They are not here without reason and without SD’s timely anticipation of events.
GLA
D day for official merger this week and then all bets are off as the remaining half of this year should see many other decisions where we are concerned made.
I don’t know anyone else but our leader and his super team who could pull off a few more hat tricks in this tricky but opportunity-laden scenario given Newmont favoured jurisdictions and cash flow questions and making choices points of view etc.
Remember that we are all three different sizes companies and operators at different stages of development.
Their sacrifice might be our gain. Who knows but Callum had a point when he said win win !
I’m full of positive anticipation for the next half of this year.
What a nail bitingly thrilling rollercoaster ride this is !
GLA!
Perhaps a moot point given current negotiations where I believe anything could happen ( and more than likely in our favour one way or the other !) however , on a recent direct discussion with SD I asked the question re dtm and he casually inferred that the dtm in his view, was kind of already taken last year when they started the decline !
I’m inclined to agree.
It’s not official but actions speak louder than words …
Imho
Good Morning Goldworm.
It’s really good to see you posting and with such interesting data and insight into the geological aspects of our great find.
I looked back at some of your past research and thoughts and you posted this in oct 21 , and I wondered if you still felt ,given todays gold prices and the new information and facts around costs expected etc , that this held true ?
No worries if not but I’d be very interested in any more recent thoughts ?:
‘ The increasing grades in the infill holes within the South East Crescent Zone and increased width and higher grades below the current resource indicate the South East Crescent Zone alone will have 10 million Oz Gold +. This equates to 50-60p per share alone. Must be over 10 million ounces in rest of the deposit easily, maybe just in the Eastern Breccia. What an amazing deposit. Probably best copper-gold deposit discovered since Olympic Dam 40 years ago.’
