I think it will be a month and the same wording as previous extensions. Kod don’t do flamboyance and don’t expand on ifs and but. One things for sure. It’s so close they can almost touch it.

What I can’t believe is the level the SP is at now. I thought it would be touching .7 at least. But the problems of other lithium mines have infected our share price.

Totally agree smiler. They’ll announce it as soon as it’s signed. The SP May dip to .53 on the announcement of an extension. But that’s all IMO.

They may well announce an extension and an hour later announce the signing. I think most investors know this

As I’ve said before. Kod don’t know when the document will be signed. Nor do they have any influence over its signing.

If there is an extension will the sp drop. I don’t think so. Everyone knows it’s coming. All we can do is wait

Judging by the SP. The market seems to think there will be a delay. But. And it’s a very big but. Kod is not letting on as they don’t even know when the government will sign the paperwork. It could go either way next week. You take your chances. Personally I’m buying more on Monday morning. GLA

This is the kind of update I wanted.

Both companies working in harmony towards a common goal.

A lot of work has been undertaken and all that’s missing is the signature from the government, which Kod can’t influence on the timing and are probably as frustrated as we are. The level of the SP is not a concern as the long term is my aim. GLA

I’m getting a bit ticked off that there’s no new from the BOD.

I’m starting to think they are enjoying their Position of power over investors by keeping developments from us.

It would be common curiosity to give your investors some news or at least manage expectations.

I’m in other shares that tweet and post news on a two weekly basis.

All we get, are an extended deadline and jam tomorrow.
