Totally agree compo. In a Ltd company you can’t make someone sell their share. You can only offer an amount at which they will sell. Even if you own 99% of the shares.

Russia are interested in gold. They’ve taken over an artisan gold mine that wasn’t paying it’s government dues as it was in a separative area. They can’t start up and run a lithium mine especially if it’s paying the government so much money.

The only thing that gets me is why the mining ministry transferred our license and sorted out Leo ?
