Yep, at this SP they could buy 2 whole Wood Groups & have a few quid in change!

My main concern here was that the sale was being pulled/buyer backed out or some other nonsense. I'd conservatively expected this to jump on the completion to at least 150+. Ne'er mind i'm confident we'll see this on a steady uptick now as that cash injection will calm many nerves!

Absolutely bizarre closing price! what a great buying opportunity without all the uncertainty which has been voiced here. Fairly low volume today considering. Should be a god surge here when this news is digested. This was near 250 when they announced this sale in June. Should be above that now. Wait & see i suppose. Markets are crazy atm!

The southbound journey continues unabated here. I'm amazed people are buying as this still has a good way to fall yet. Nothing wrong with PSN but this sector is hugely under the cosh with all the economic uncertainty. Until speculation about rises in interest rates is clear the housing sector is in limbo. Hopefully the Government will realise that endless interest rises will just destroy economic recovery not fix things. Can't really see any catalyst that will move this North in the short term!

This will rerate very quickly on any confirmed news!

The BE sale must be imminent now or maybe the market just realises this is hugely undervalued. Good to see it on the up though!

This has had a nice bump up today. I think moving my PFC into here is looking like a good move. PFC not really moving at all. Mind, this one's drop has been well overdone IMO!

While i'm bearish on PSN atm i actually think it is ultimately a good investment. I will buy in here when i see evidence of an upturn. Attempting to catch a falling knife to buy in at the very bottom is foolhardy IMO. This will bounce back but when is another matter. I don't think there'll be a housing market crash but a short lived slump in demand is possible & highly likely in the short term however long term & in my lifetime at least the saying 'Safe as houses' has always proven to be true.
