if they wait till April the company will be bankrupt. I believe the Govt has stated that earliest schools will open is March & that would be their priority before anything else. That is not a given either so there are certainly no assurances or guarantees that non essential retail will be able to open in April or even May, June or beyond. If The BoD are acting with due diligence some sort of plan should be underway (with the banks) right now to ensure the survival of this business. Inaction on the basis that everything's fine & dandy until April is quite frankly shocking incompetence. If they waited till April before taking any action I can almost guarantee the SP will be way south of 30 by that time. I hope they get their act together though as this could be a very promising business under the right management.

slightly naive to say they don't need to raise money till April though! They will not be waiting till April. A recapitalisation should be well under way by now. Maybe they're waiting for the new CEO. Let's hope he doesn't arrive & think this is the same nightmare i had @Clinton Cards!

as it stands it only offers the potential for losses & bankruptcy though & that is what the market sees & will keep seeing until the liquidity situation is sorted out!

Poker, a RI would be the best thing they could do IMO. Best for shareholders & could give them extra money to invest. As has been seen so many RIs happened since C19 & most seem to have done OK out of it. Staying in limbo will result in this share falling into terminal decline!

i remember i was thinking of getting in last July, it was about 260 then, so 91 isn't exactly cheap. Could go further down i think given the sentiment. I think anything in the 80s has to be a decent buy in level!

the shorts usually have algos set to cover against an unexpected turn in the stocks price & will buy enough to cover them. In the GME case as i understand the relevant HF overstretched themselves & there wasn't enough shares available (due to Reddit buying) for them to cover their position, hence the endless upward spiral!
